Perfect for a night
Just needed a one night stopover on our way North. This was perfect. Right across the street from a supermarket and food places nearby. For a budget motel it was very well organised and had everything we needed. Super comfortable bed!

Horrible customer service i was robbed by this property manager, I had a booking that was already booked by other people and they didn’t even refund me, bad service by this motel and Wotif, wouldn’t recommend neither services, I’m still asking for my money back but no response, definitely a scam.

Booked and paid for an accessible room because of limited mobility, but arrived to find the room occupied. We were in a second floor room and were told it could not be changed. This caused major issues for us to which the seemed oblivious. Wifi was terrible lasting literally 5 minutes. No local information was provided and we couldn't access the internet to get information about food outlets, tourist spots etc.

Staff were very helpful for my late arrival and parking for my vehicle with a large trailer. Pretty dated room and only had minimal utensils and items to prepare a microwave dinner.
