Located just off Goose Island State Park, The Reserve at St. Charles Bay is a beautifully landscaped gated community with high-end resort amenities. An inlet of Aransas Bay, St. Charles Bay is a vital haven for the endangered whooping crane. 11 miles away, popular Rockport Beach is Texas’ first blue wave beach. Your vacation rental is located less than a mile from Goose Island National Park (perfect for those traveling with RVs). The centuries-old Big Tree is 1.5 miles north.

Wired for music, your canal-front porch features an outdoor kitchen with a sink, mini-fridge, and built-in gas grill. Located down a single flight of stairs, your amazing private dock awaits! An outdoor shower adds convenience.

Make yourself at home in the light-filled Great Room, highlighted by high ceilings and a TV. The family room features a TV, a large selection of games, and a wet bar with a beverage fridge. Prepare delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen, configured with expansive counter space and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar, then gather at the dining table. Sleep soundly in the inviting primary suite, appointed with a king bed, TV, and direct balcony access. The en suite bath includes a double vanity, a walk-in closet, a separate water closet, and an oversize walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a king bed and a TV, while the third bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and a private bay-view balcony. Both guest baths are fitted with a soaking tub/shower combination.

Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier).

THINGS TO KNOW
Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.

Dock details:
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 30 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This property is perfect for a quiet relaxing getaway. House was beautiful, well stocked and super clean. Pool was beautiful outdoor sitting area is great. Beds at comfortable. Great neighborhood to walk in. Beautiful views. We loved our stay
