My favorite part of the whole stay had to be LINDA. She was an absolute joy up see every day and to interact with. She made our stay so comfortable and brightened up our days!!!!

It is well maintained. The rooms are very clean and the lobby is impressive. I do security for hotels so I know where to look to see if things are really clean. Great job!

The room was outdated, small. Bath tub very small, toilet low to the ground, low water pressure in the shower at a fairly ridiculous price of over $200 a night I paid for two nights, only stayed for one.

The place seems that there is no sufficient maintenance. Gym is advertised but equipment does not work. Rooms are noisy and the smell of pot is incredibly strong as it is very common to find people smoking on the stairs. Towels even when changed are not always clean. Location is great as train station is close, there is a CVS, supermarket and many options to dine out.

We booked this property last minute to attend a show at the UBS arena close by. Staff was excellent when I had an issue with my credit card and had to call back several times. It was pricey but the room was clean, pillows and bed were very comfortable and breakfast was fantastic! Two types of every food, including pancakes and waffles. If I have to stay again in the area I will stay here! One thing to note, the area is a little sketchy at night but if you are aware of your surroundings you’ll be fine. The parking lot is also well lit.
