I rented two rooms and both were dirty. The front desk refused to give us additional towels, only one per room after a day of complaining. The staff would not clean room while staying at hotel. We asked them to clean because there were crumbs in the carpet, the sink and bathtub had hair in it. They refused until we left. Disgusting.

Ok place
It was an average hotel room. We saw a bug on my daughter’s bed but we didn’t see anymore. Breakfast was a muffin or bagel and juice.

The place was filthy - I was staying with a special needs toddler who has PIKA (mouths and eats non nutritious items) and it was kind of a nightmare - I was terrified to let him touch anything - but we had already driven 9 hours and uprooting him again at that time of night just wasn’t and option - my skin crawled the whole time we were there 12 hours - until I got home and showered. It was bad.
