On the outskirts of the fourteenth-century Gazzane di Roe 'Volciano hamlet, just 2.5 km from the splendid town of Salo, in an oasis of peace, surrounded by the green of the Prealps and the Alto Garda Bresciano Park, Corte dedi Cipressi Apartments offers four solutions diversified and adjacent for a special holiday for both a family and groups of even three or four families.
The solution shown here includes an independent two-story detached house. On the ground floor a kitchen with table and chairs, a large living room with a double sofa bed and a dining area with a table for 8 people, a bathroom. Upstairs three bedrooms, one double, one with three single beds and one with two beds, all with terrace, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower. Large garden with dining and relaxation area, barbeque. Garage for two cars, laundry and relaxation area with exercise equipment. The house is newly built (2006) renovated and furnished (including mattresses and pillows) in the first weeks of 2016.

Überteuerte Ferienwohnung
Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war mittelmäßig. Die Wohnung ist mit 3 Schlafzimmern und Schlafcouch ausgestattet und bietet Platz für viele Personen. Lage: Im Ort gibt es wirklich super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Pizzeria in Laufreichweite. Die Wohnanlage ist nicht so weitläufig, wie sie auf dem Bildern aussieht. Die Nachbarn sind alle nett und es ist sehr ruhig in der Anlage. Wirklich nervig war das jeden Abend auf den umliegenden Grundstücken mit einer Motorsense gearbeitet wurde. Außerdem wurde sonntags um 10 Uhr die Rasenfläche in der Anlage gemäht. Für die maximal 50qm rasen wurde eine Stunde mit Rasenmäher und Motorsense gemäht. Gemütlich draußen frühstücken war daher nicht möglich. Ankunft: Die Kommunikation bezüglich des Check ins lief reibungslos. Der Vermieter hat alle wichtigen Informationen vorab per PDF zugesandt. Leider war der Pool bei der Ankunft stark verschmutzt und musste vor der Benutzung zuerst von uns gereinigt werden. Unterkunft / Ausstattung: mit ein wenig mehr Arbeit hätte die Wohnung in einem Superzustand sein können: in einem der Schlafzimmer war eine Wand alles andere als ansehnlich. Diese war voller Flecken und Ausbesserungsstellen. Im Obergeschoss haben alle Türklinken derart laut gequietscht, dass man Sorgen hatte, nachts jemanden zu wecken, wenn man das Zimmer verlässt. Folgendes fehlte: - Rauchmelder, CO2 Warnmelder - Daybed - Dekoration - Weingläser Außerdem musste man erstmal durchwischen.

Geräumiges Haus in guter Lage
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und groß. Auch die Tiefgarage ist super, so bleibt das Auto immer schön kühl. Man erreicht Salo sehr schnell und auch Ausflüge zur Ostküste oder Verona sind gut machbar. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen. Einziger Kritikpunkt war für uns die nächtliche Lautstärke in der Nachbarschaft, weswegen wir nachts immer die Fenster geschlossen hatten. Es wurden bis spät laute Gespräche geführt und es war sehr viel Hundegebell. Das mag aber von den jeweiligen Mietern abhängig sein.

Ottima posizione, perfettamente arredata e fornita, vicinissima al lago
La villetta si trova in un complesso residenziale di una quindicina di unita' abitative. Ha un ampio giardino con veranda e la possibilita' di pranzare all'aperto per 8 / 10 persone e dispone di barbecue. All'interno al pianterreno una cucina tutta fornita con frigo /freezer, microonde, tostapane, lavastoviglie ecc. ecc., una ampia sala con divanoletto per 2 televisore schermo piatti e wifi gratuita. Un bagnetto e' inoltre disponibile prima di salire le scale dove abbiamo trovato tre camere con materassi e cuscini nuovi , posto per 7 e un grande bagno con vasca idromassaggio e doccia. Grande garage per due auto e lavanderia. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, c'e' tutto a portata di mano con supermercato a 500 metri e padrone di casa gentilissimo che ci ha indicato le spiagge piu' belle, dove poter mangiare cibo genuino, luoghi da visitare al di fuori delle mete piu' conosciute. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene e torneremo senz'altro il prossimo anno.

Tolles Haus, sehr nette Gastgeber: gerne wieder
Ca. 10 Minuten von Salo gelegen und gut zu erreichende Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönem Garten in ruhiger Nachbarschaft. Supermarkt und was man sonst so benötigt in der direkten Umgebung/Laufnähe. Sehr liebvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, schlicht aber gemütlich und sauber. Der Vermieter ist supernett und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und immer mal wieder gefragt, ob wir etwas benötigen. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 1 Kleinkind unterwegs, so dass die 3 Schlafzimmer (2 mit Balkon nach hinten in den Garten) im 1 Stock und das separate Wohn/Esszimmer mit angrenzender Küche im Erdgeschoss ideal waren. Sogar einen Grill gibt es, einen zweiten, schön großen Esstisch auf der mit Stroh überdachten Terrasse und mehrere Sonnenliegen. Der Garten ist umzäunt, so konnte auch unser kleinster Ferienteilnehmer ohne Probleme alleine im Garten toben ohne auszubüchsen. Es gibt eine große Garage in die ein kleines und ein große Auto passen sowie einen großen Parkplatz nebenan. Vielen Dank, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit kleinen Ausstattungsmängeln
Der Aufenthalt war schön. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und kümmerte sich stehts um die vollste Zufriedenheit der Gäste. Das Haus war sauber und der Garten sehr gepflegt. Kleinere Mängel findet man in der Ausstattung. Es gibt allgemein zu wenig Haken bzw. keine Kleiderbügel um Kleidung aufzuhängen. Ebenfalls gibt es keinen Ofen, dafür aber eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Ich würde die Wohnung weiterempfehlen, gerade für Urlauber, die es bevorzugen nicht direkt am See zu wohnen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man das Ufer schnell (ca. 10 Min nach Salo).
