Our 3 bedroom townhouse is part of a beautifully landscaped community in the prestigious Dona Pepa area of Ciudad Quesada. Quesada is surrounded by golf courses, has its own water park and is only 10 minutes from many beautiful beaches.
The house overlooks an impressive shared swimming pool, and is equipped with all modern facilities, air-conditioning in all rooms, internet, TV, dishwasher, etc.
Ciudad Quesada makes up part of the Rojales area in the Southern province of Alicante on the Costa Blanca South. It is located just 7km from the nearest beautiful sandy beaches at Guardamar del Segura. It has its own bustling high street with many good restaurants, bars, shopping boulevards, supermarkets, petrol stations, medical centers, a, four star luxury spa hotel, Waterpark plus the beautiful La Marquesa golf course. The views from many parts of Ciudad Quesada are wonderful including, salt lake, mountain, countryside and even views of the Mediterranean sea

Fantastic Stay !
From the moment we enquired about the villa, the communications with Kim the owner were superb. The villa is really well equipped, especially for those with babies, with travel cot, high chair, changing mats and even a bin with toys to play with ! There are strict rules i the pool area about balls etc, which is understandable as there are residents as well as holiday makers there. Plenty of supermarkets (Aldi and Consum), and restaurants in walking distance. Unfortunately we had to cut short our holiday - but we would recommend any family to stay here.

Review
The house was poorly maintained which we raised with the check in lady at the start and nothing was done while we was there for the whole time. Part of the front step was missing which was a safety issue and dangerous for my 2 young boys. Door handle was missing off the main door so couldnt shut it at all. The apartment was apparently cleaned but it hadnt been at all and had rubbish all over the baloney at the front the inside was full of dust and hairs all over the place. The kettle was unusable due to the amount of limescale in it. On top of this we had an infestation of Ants in the house all over the kitchen sides the bedroom upstairs etc. Lastly the fans was thick with dust and my son has asthma so couldnt be used. The location is fantastic but the house was not upto standards with regards to cleanliness.

Lovely complex
House overlooks the pool which is lovely, with the veranda a relaxing place to admire the pool and gardens. The complex was quiet and well kept. Ideal location for local bars, restaurants and supermarket.

Valoramos todos los aspectos de forma muy positiva, excepto la limpieza, ya que nos tocó limpiar a fondo el apartamento el primer día y la persona que nos enseñó el apartamento no hablaba español.
