I recently stayed at this hotel in Rome for two days, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the new train station, and getting a taxi was a breeze with the stand right in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is very new, and the rooms are comfortable, and well-equipped. I felt at ease throughout my stay, which was important to me as I was a bit nervous about visiting Italy after hearing concerns about safety. That’s why I used the in-room safe to store some expensive belongings. After I left, I realized I had forgotten these items in the safe box. The hotel staff went above and beyond by contacting me and arranging for a third-party carrier to ship my belongings all the way from Italy to Canada. Their willingness to assist was truly exceptional. The entire trip turned out to be amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and friendly everyone was. I will definitely be visiting Rome again, and when I do, I hope to stay at this fantastic hotel once more. Highly recommended!

Generally very friendly team members, receptionists team just perfect, helpful, kind and humble. There was only one person in bar area who forgot her job depends on tourist, I would not walk by myself in the area after dark or early morning. Easy access to transportation. Little more attention to cleaning showers would be nice.

Fantastic hotel across from the train station.
The best place I've stayed in in Rome. Right across from the Rome Tiburtina train station that connects you straight to the airport and has a nice restaurant within. The staff were very friendly and even brougjt up our stuff to our room. Would absolutely recommend!

We loved staying at Adèsso hotel, the room was beautiful and clean with AC that made the summer heat bearable! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and it was manned 24/7. The lobby and bar area were lovely. The hotel is a 1 minute walk from Tiburtina station/metro and buses which made getting around Rome so easy. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!
