Lovely clean room with everything you need. They even included some snacks/drinks in the fridge, and had fresh breads in the morning (all complementary!) Friendly staff. Would stay again!

Great accommodation in a great location! Firstly, the staff were fantastic and so pleasant to interact with, they provided recommendations and guidance on the local area, and just made us feel so welcome :). The location itself was really great, train station, metro and colosseum were all walking distance, and there are plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. Also a couple of laundry facilities are around the corner if you need to get some laundry done which helped us. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Everything was A . Thank you!

The location could not have been better for us: short walk to the train station and sites like the Colosseum but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We especially loved sitting on our private terrace enjoying the pastries the staff dropped off in the mornings. The room had everything we needed and we had complete privacy for our stay. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to explore Rome by foot and wanting a more local experience.

The rooms were very clean and the location was great. But why i wouldn’t stay again. The cleaning staff was very noisy and they start to do stuff very early which for a light sleep person it’s a nightmare, you can hear everything out of the rooms . And i don’t recommend to include the breakfast, they don’t have a restaurant so they leave you a couple of bread pieces to eat in the room , definitely is not worth to pay for it.
