The reception staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which set a positive tone for our stay. Overall, the service was good. However, the lack of an on-site restaurant is a significant drawback, especially since the nearest one is a 10-minute walk away. This became particularly challenging when it was raining and we were traveling with a toddler. Additionally, we faced major transportation issues due to a strike on Saturday. There were no Ubers, taxis, or public transport available, which nearly caused us to miss our Colosseum tour. Instead of offering assistance, the property management charged us 80 euros for a ride to the city center, which felt unreasonable. Getting to the property from the airport was also difficult and expensive. I chose this location based on an Expedia recommendation, but it has turned out to be one of the worst choices I've made.

Very nice and helpful staff. Big room with everything you need. Quiet and safe. The only concern was the walk to the subway (20 minutes). We knew about that so it was not a surprise but it may be a problem if you are not physically in shape. If you can afford a taxi and if you don’t mind to feel a bit isolated, this is the perfect place and it’s not too expensive.

Giada was FABULOUS! Really helpful & informative! Air conditioning was on when we arrived which was GREAT! Free parking was a huge bonus! Very walkable to Metro for easy access to see the sites.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The owners are friendly, native English speakers, and very helpful with information on how to get around and what to see. Employee Giada was great and booked a tour for us…she was so friendly and easy to talk with! The air conditioning in the room was really good, as we were there during the hot month of August. It’s close to the Vatican, and the bus route was close by to get to the center of Rome. There is a nearby mall/supermarket with a really good restaurant called Pizza Kotto. The only thing we would have liked was the ability to stream Netflix etc in the room. We couldn’t get any shows or TV in English, but it wasn’t a big deal. There were also washers and dryers on site, which was convenient, since we stayed for two weeks. The overall value was exceptional, and I would definitely recommend!
