I have mixed feelings about the hotel. The pool is large, but not heated. Great for laps, but not to enjoy being in the water, even in summer. After a brief thunderstorm, they closed it for the day although the sky had cleared. As a result, there was 10-15 clients back into the pool without life guard supervision. Showers were not working in the pool area, and you cannot use it anymore after check out, which I think is disappointing when you have a late outbound flight. The AC in our room was malfunctioning, making it very difficult to stay in the room and sleep. They changed our room after two nights and, after we asked, offered us free breakfast on that day. On the other hand, the restaurant is very good and the pricing is reasonable. The location is quite isolated, but it’s quiet and bus run frequently towards/from city center. Overall, the amenities are fine but their management is a bit disappointing. Staff was very nice overall.

The property reminded me of an all inclusive resort without the amenities and food being included. Nice set up with many places to sit and relax around the property like the lobby restaurant sitting area and outdoor bar and pool area. Wellness centre was great. Carpet in lobby seems shabby and rooms could use updating and feel more upscale and appealing for the price. Restaurant and breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient. Front desk staff were cold and unfriendly. Upon our morning arrival there were only 2 front desk staff greeting a huge lineup of guests from the airport and they did not call anyone else to help out which resulted in a long wait. Whenever you approach the front desk with a question they are not ready to greet you and have their heads down. At one point I had to approach the gentleman at the front desk and yell out ciao to get him to serve me. No smiles on their faces. No thanks for your business or asking how our stay was. It would be helpful if they had literature im the room with information about how to get to places around the city and how to use the different methods of transportation. We figured out how the bus system worked from speaking to other tourists at the bus stop. Shuttle and taxi service from the hotel was fast and efficient which was great. If you’re looking to be situated near and within walking distance of the sights anytime of the day this is not the hotel for you.

The facility and accommodations were excellent. Staff was professional, friendly and efficient. The restaurant and bar staff were exceptional. The menu at the in-house restaurant was quite large and the specials were outstanding.

Pool was beautiful and the staff was very nice. Only problem we had was I called 3 days before to set up a shuttle to pick us up from the pier and the man I spoke with took all my information (my email info 3 times), gave me all the information and said he would send me a confirmation, which he never did so the shuttle never picked us up. I called the hotel and they said they did not have a reservation to be picked up. We had to take a cab which was almost double the cost. Not to mention, waited an extra hour in the heat. Also, no sidewalks anywhere to walk around from the hotel.

Nice room, very clean, and beds were super comfortable. We really enjoyed the amazing breakfast with wide variety of items. Unfortunately, we did not have the luxury of time to enjoy the outdoor pool and patio party taking place in the evening during our stay however it did look nice for a swim giving the hot summer days in Rome. Overall, extremely satisfied!!!
