Staff was great. Facilities were adequate. Quite different from American [Hampton Inn Quality] motel, but adequate. Be sure to have european electrical adapters. Wash cloths not provided if you are used to that. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

This place is great for tourists as it is close to everything you need from restaurants, shopping, bars, and famous touristy areas like Spanish steps and Trevino. The room was clean and neat and what I loved most about it was the AC and service they had. I’d give it 11/10.

This is a cute little place not in the middle of the congestion but in walking distance to everything. Lots of shoppes & restaurants nearby. However just to give you a heads up if you have never been to Rome the streets are very hilly. Wear good comfortable walking shoes the whole city is hilly.

The communication at this property is TERRIBLE. No one returned my emails or messages via What’s App. Checkin was relatively smooth but terrible directions to our room. The floors and room numbers make no sense at all and when I came down for help, she just sent us on our way wandering around until we finally found our room. The room was decent and we liked the area. But would not recommend due to lack of communication and lack of help to find out room.

June and Kevin were both great! They never hesitated to help us with any of our request for help or figuring out our tours. If you are looking for an affordable stay close to the Trevi and Spanish Steps this is a good option. Also close to the metro and restaurants.

Perfect location, walk away from trevi fountain, colosseum, and lots of restaurants! Only complaint would be that the bed wasn’t super comfortable, but overall great stay!
