The staff is professional, the hotel is close to many sites and restaurants (10 min walk each direction), I had an apartment like room on ground floor, if older or disabled, steps to bedroom are very steep and narrow, younger couple may enjoy this room (#99), room could use updating.

This hotel was great right at the marina in sorrento with great seafood restaurants a close walk. It’s away from all the tourist in the main piazza. The staff was very nice and helpful and the Basement grotto served a nice breakfast. Nice rooftop area as well

The hotel is in a very convenient location with easy walking distance to all attractive places we are interested. It is pretty much about within 30 minutes walking distance. Five stars are on Location and convenient, as well as the staff from front desk and breakfast service, who are very friendly. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the facility is little old, needs some update. I would stay here again.

The hotel was in a convenient location. It was on a busy street but we were unaffected by any noise. Clean, hot water, great breakfast. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed ourselves!

The property is a nice hotel and the staff were excellent even moving my luggage for me because I had to change to a single room the last night as there were no others available when I extended my stay. Vastly different rooms. No A/C co trips in the single room and it only had a dirty dingy chair and the bathroom was had low quality features and chipped bathtub. They really shouldn’t rent these rooms if they are at the same standard as other rooms and it was more expensive than the deluxe room I had.

Overall, the property is spotless and the staff are really awesome. The only criticism I have is that the electrics were all messed up, so lights, plug points and air con did not work.

Hotel della Torre Argentina was centrally located and within walking distance to all of Rome's major seats. I had a large king size bedroom. The bedroom and bathroom was super clean and the front desk was so helpful with giving recommendations for coffee/breakfast in the morning, and was helpful with giving me an umbrella when it rained. My only small complaint is that the shower door is half the size and when you shower, water does get everywhere. But overall I really enjoyed my stay here and loved how clean and convenient this hotel is to everything.

Hotel was in a great location within easy walking distance to most major sights in Rome. Hotel was clean, quiet and in a great area. Only negative is that we were there when there was a terrible thunderstorm with torrential rain. The entire lobby and ground floor flooded while we were having drinks at the bar. I’m sure this rarely happens; however, was a little surprised that the hotel did nothing for the group of us who dealt with this potentially dangerous situation as we were stranded in the flooded lobby (and even charged us for the drinks we were having as the lobby flooded).

The rooms are not sound proof, lacked tables beside the bed, and a/c does not cool the room. The beds and pillows are as hard as boards. The location and staff are great.
