Great location with friendly staff
Hotel staff were very accommodating with left luggage allowing more time to explore. Porters were very friendly and helpful, and stood out from the reception staff in terms of customer service. Room was very comfortable and clean, and breakfast choice was excellent. Location excellent for Roma Termini

This hotel is a great option for your stay in Rome. The rooms were super clean and staff were always friendly. The optional breakfast is okay, but a good option if you need a quick bite. I would definitely stay here again.

Likes: convenient location, clean, helpful staff. Rooftop indoor garden bar area was nice. Dislikes: very limited counter space, room for 1 suitcase, otherwise on the floor, only 1 room key for 2 people -thats just odd. Included breakfast was not good at all, coffee tasted burnt, eggs seemed like powdered eggs, pastries were hard as a rock. Gym was non-existant (under construction). Very little exterior noise due to beautiful triple pane windows. Very nice upgrade. Hallway and door slamming noise was loud. Seams like they're trying real hard, but just missing the mark a bit.

Perfectly located hotel for a night in Rome. After a trip around Puglia and the Amalfi coast we had a night in Rome before flying home. The location of this hotel was perfect as it was right around the corner from the train station and within easy walking distance to all key sites (i.e.: Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain). We had arrived from Sorrento/Naples via train dropped our luggage in our room (room was available early!) and then headed out for a nice walk around the historic area. The room was perfect for our final night. It had a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom and a mini fridge with a couple bottles of water. The next morning we were pleased to have early access (6:30am) to the included continental breakfast (espresso coffees by machine available) and then we were on our way via 30 minute Leonardo Express train ride to Fiumicino (FCO) airport. All in all a perfect last stop.

The hotel was near the main train station--Rome Termini--so it was easy to move around the city and get transportation to the airport from the hotel. Attractions like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps were about a 20 minute walk. Along the way, there were a number of options for dining and shopping. The single room I stayed in was good sized and the hotel offers a free breakfast consisting of eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, cereal and a variety of sweet breads. Beverages consisted of coffee, tea, juice and water. Hotel staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful when I asked about shopping places, restaurants, etc. I would consider staying there again if I am traveling to Rome.
