Convenience is king
Very friendly hotel staff. Building itself slightly dingy and the lift smells of mold. The lift itself is old-fashioned and somewhat unreliable so I often took the stairs. Overall, Hotel Orlanda is what you expect from a hotel of its caliber. But my room was perfectly adequate for my needs. The building area felt secure. The location of the hotel is a perfect jumping off point for all manner of adventures in Rome, so it is a more than suitable accommodation if you don’t plan on spending much time in your hotel outside of sleeping and washing up. The air conditioning was welcome and the bathroom was more spacious than expected. I would stay again as a solo traveler, but perhaps would look for something nicer if on a romantic getaway.

Very convenient location however be careful for the pickpockets.(happens a lot) A block away from the Roma termini that’s why you will see many beggars and people trying to sell you things … advice … just ignore them and walk away.

The hotel is conveniently a 5-10 min walking distance from the Termini train station. Additionally, the staff is very helpful. Can't complain with the stay at Hotel Orlanda. Thank you for the hospitality!

Friendly and very helpful staff who went out of their way to help us. Also great location about 1 to 2 blocks from the Roma Termini train station so no need for an expensive taxi. Also within about a 20 minute walk of many Rome attractions such as the Trevi fountain and Coliseum. And nearby bus station for the Vatican and a few other sites. Many restaurants in the adjacent few blocks. Air conditioner worked well.

The hotel was in walking distance of the subway as well as within walking distance of other popular spots. There was plenty of shopping and dining along the streets surrounding the hotel. Best of all, the workers helped us to book a taxi when needed and gave us a map with directions to all the places we wanted to go. We would stay here again.

Be aware that the breakfast service is what we call continental breakfast in the states . I was under the impression that they were going to have buffet like eggs, bacon, pancakes, or fruit. ( breakfast room is located in the 5th floor. Also be aware that this hotel is located on the 3rd floor of the building so you will need to use the elevator for maximum capacity of 2 people. Other than that you need to use the stairs. Other than that. The service was great.

The staff service was amazing,the went above and beyond making my stay easy and smooth,the room clean a lot of restaurants around the area,20min walk to the colosseum if you want to walk or you can take Uber they also provide airport shuttle for a few not to expensive overall this is a great hotel to stay if you visiting Rome I had a great experience.
