Great location and friendly staff. Unfortunately the walls are very thin and we had a series of noisy neighbors who made noise until 3-4am. Also our safe did not work and we told it would be fixed the following day and wasn’t during our four day stay.

The property is very nice and you can feel the history. The location is perfect and is an easy walk to just about everywhere. I have no complaints, I just didn’t love the no elevator part. We were on the 4th fl which was daunting after a full day of sightseeing and walking. I was fully aware of this when I booked it so it is no fault of the hotel. It was the end of our two week trip so by that point I was over stairs anywhere. There are great restaurants steps from the hotel and I can’t complain about anything. The terrace room was excellent. That was a nice treat in the am and after a full day out. Beds was comfy, bathrooms were spacious. Would recommend but would caution you if stairs are a problem.

A perfect getaway in the heart of the city.
This was the perfect hotel for a short visit in Rome. The location is amazing and even though it seems to be nestled in a super busy part of town, the hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley and the sounds of the city never bothered me. Check in was easy and efficient and all the employees were so kind. I will absolutely be staying here again!

Bathroom disgusting, so dirty. David at reception was very helpful but he didn’t do anything to fix the problem of the dirty bathroom. The hotel is very old, lacking so much. No elevator.

This hotel is extremely wonderful. It is right in the heart of so many restaurants. David at the front counter and his staff made arrangements for us at the airport. The room was extremely clean and they bring you breakfast in the morning. The only negative is there are quite a few steps and no elevator, once you enter. The hotel reminds me of an old mansion.

My family stayed at Teatro Pace for a few days. This is a really awesome hotel. We had plenty of space, an amazing terrace and strong A/C. We were on the top floor, if you have difficulty with stairs, do not book the top floor, as it’s a solid climb to get up there. The hotel felt very safe, was clean, comfortable beds and friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect to walk everywhere. The breakfast was really good and is delivered to your room each morning. Honestly this is a great choice for your stay in Rome.

This was a great property, very clean, the staff was amazing and location was perfect. Only problem is there is no lift so you have to use the stairs which can be very tiring after a day of exploring in the heat.

I absolutely loved the location and hospitality! The reception are very accommodating with all the family needs. Doesn’t have the elevator but worth the steps since it’s easy to walk to almost all the big touristic places from here. Also loved the neighborhood very vibrant and the hotel yet quiet since it’s in a quiet street.
