This is an excellent hotel for a one night stay close to the airport. Excellent spacious room with a view of the sea. We were able get go for a walk along the canal which is pleasant and see fishermen and watch the sunset. We had an excellent dinner at a wonderful family restaurant nearby called Giorgio’s. The included breakfast at the hotel is excellent also! The shuttle service to and from the airport is very good for €7/person. However, the instructions they give you for finding the shuttle at the airport via YouTube are outdated and wrong. I finally had to end up calling them to figure out exactly where to find the shuttle. They really should update the information they send you. It is now a general black van that serves many hotels, but you need to be in a specific place to find it. But once you find it everything goes smoothly. We would definitely stay here again if we needed a place near the airport.

The first room we received had the remains of dead mosquitoes on the ceiling. The front desk gave me a new room at my request. If you have kids make sure to request a non-balcony room because there is no lock on the balcony door. This hotel has an actual working AC during the day, but it gets warm in the room late at night. The hotel is basic no frills. The restaurant downstairs is tasty. The view of the water across the street is nice. There are small shops in walking distance for food.

I received quick responses from the property with all of my questions. The property was super quiet but offered a lot in the way of a beautiful bar & dining - plus close to shops & dining. The hotel was nice and clean. Nice area for dining. However the TV never worked and the shower was difficult to use. Didn't know how to use the telephone to get in touch with the front desk.

Convenient and really nice Go-To hotel.
This is our Go-To hotel after we have flown 12 hours from the states and land in Rome. We always spend the night here before we venture to other parts of Italy as it's very close to FCO airport. We like it because it's convenient with their shuttle, the room is nice - basic and clean, staff is super friendly, there is a bar, breakfast is complementary, and we like to walk down the street to Cielo for dinner.

They were efficient and quick at the front desk. Most things were clean. There were several used room service trays in the hallway, that were there from check in at noon until at least 7am when we left. Otherwise it was very clean. Good amenities for travelers, such as a shuttle to and from airport.

This is OK for one night . We were given an unacceptable room (accessible, shower flooded, looking out at wall and truck, garbage). The area is ok at best. When we were there a party so noisy and could not use the top deck . For the price think there are better options

Nice airport stay
Our stay here was fine. Used this hotel for the last night of our trip before a flight. They do have an airport shuttle-we had a car so did not use it. Parking was free. Nice hotel bar and restaurant. Ok breakfast. Area is not wonderful-didn't walk around outside the hotel much. Employees were all very nice-room was fine.
