This was an amazing stay. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were very accommodating to me and my son throughout our stay. The manager even came by during breakfast to say hello and thank us for staying. The front desk staff were all helpful in recommendations and so kind to help us find what we needed. I recommend this hotel to anyone and I’d be happy to return.

The staff were extraordinary. Santa at the restaurant was very friendly and efficient. The front desk staff were all friendly and accommodating to our needs. The manager was friendly and approachable. Expedia said breakfast buffet but it was full serviced meal with unlimited options. Expedia needs to correct the information because it’s misleading when you don’t see the buffet. I will definitely stay there again if I come back to Rome.

The hotel experience was exceptional - the best I've ever experienced ( I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life). The manager (Livio) treated my wife and I like family - he recommended outstanding restaurants, gave us travel directions and catered to our every need - you could not ask for a better hotel stay. The hotel is in a safe and quiet area close to the Roma Termini with awesome classic Italian restaurants around every corner. The breakfast is incredible as well. They have complimentary fresh pineapple/orange juice and cookies available around the clock in the lobby. If you want the best, most economical Hotel in Rome - then stay here.

I had a great time here! It was perfect as a solo traveler, it was an good location, everything was clean, the front desk staff were super nice, the air conditioning worked and was easy to adjust, and it had great shower pressure. If there are any critiques it is that the pillow was a bit thin for my liking but I know if I asked they would have given me another.

Amazing! From as soon as we checked in to when we checked out the staff were so amazing, kind and welcoming. The hotel is a great location and is so clean! The breakfast is a dream! I spent this weekend in Rome for the first time for my 25th birthday with my boyfriend and they have made me the happiest person! Highly recommend to anyone staying in Rome. A little overzealous
The hotel is located near Roma Termini, the main train station. A great location. It’s comfortable and comes with an excellent breakfast. It is clean but has noticeable putty and paint work. My only complaint were the repeated phone calls and emails prior to arrival. I had confirmed via phone days prior however still received emails and three phone calls with a need to know a specific arrival time.

Proper hotel close enough to Termini station
Hotel was a layover for only one night. Very small, but efficient hotel. Lots of staff to assist you and renovations were done it seems.. Everything worked
