This was a nice place to stay to catch a flight to the airport the next day. The staff was great helping us with getting a taxi and they had free airport shuttle the next day. The room was large with kitchenette and had 2 separate rims and balcony. Beds were not the most comfortable and the bathroom was so small and no place to put any shampoo soap in shower. For the price it was worth it for 1 night. Breakfast was ok if you like sweet pastries and the croissant was delicious. Coffee the best and so needed!

We stay on this property overnight to take our flight back home. The property is clean and staff nice and helpful once you are there. The apartments are spacious and have a balcony. After booking, I was trying for 2 week to arrange transportation that I had added to my booking and it was difficult to get in touch with someone. I even called Expedia to help me and Expedia couldn't get in touch with them. Likely everything worked out at the end and transportation worked well.

Attendants at desk were very unfriendly especially the guy. He moved very hostile and there was no touch of hospitality. Bathroom inside room was not cleaned properly. Had smell of urine which was visible inside toilet bowl fold. The room itself was very spacious and looked great otherwise. I would definitely recommend an upgrade in door lock which took time to unlock. This place can serve well with improvements on issues pointed out including vigorous customer service training.

that includes the shuttle to / from the airport! We were met by Ruth on arrival, who is warm, friendly, and very helpful. We liked her so much we invited her to our home in the US! Salvo met us at the hotel and helped get our bags up to our room, and my mother in her wheelchair up the accessible ramp. He also took us back to the airport the following morning, again helping with everything and walking us all the way into the terminal. Great service! The hotel is simple, but very comfortable, and very clean. We had, surprisingly, a suite: a bedroom with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and large double bed, and a sitting room / kitchen / dining area combined. Both rooms were spacious and comfortable. Even the sofa bed was comfy! The bathroom was large and bright, and the water pressure was excellent. The receptionist was friendly, and very confused why we asked for a blanket (there were only sheets on the beds) - we understood his confusion when we were both too warm in our beds under just the sheets! We were both very pleased with this property and would definitely recommend it!
