If you’re wanting a review on the property itself. The property is run down and in need of bathroom repairs. Self check-in ridiculously confusing in locating the building. Locals didn’t even know where to find this building amongst 8 other buildings. The location was a walk to your accommodation and it was unacceptably filthy. Foul odors of Dog urine and poop left everywhere. I would NOT recommend this accommodation.

We had to check out a day early as the wifi went down within hours of checking in. We were not able to do our remote work as there was no wifi. Building was hard to find and location is inconvenient.

Was very frustrated, they let me know was not internet 3pm my check in time. I use internet for my work was very very frustrated The towels was old the place need a upgrade for sure The mattress was NOT comfortable at all The shower was broke “ was not working g correct”

Close to the airport. Host provided excellent communication instructions for directions and information about arrival to the property and areas around the property to explore. Very responsive. You do need access to the internet to gain access to the property. The apartment is lovely and accommodated our party of 7 perfectly. The homemade limoncello was a sweet surprise!

Hadn’t realized this was an apartment and not a hotel. Check in was difficult, as I never received the email with check in information from the host. There were no instructions for how to use the A/C unit. Otherwise, the apartment was fine, as we just needed a place to sleep before flying out in the morning.

Basic rental apartment around FCO. The area is terrible, littered with trash and graffiti, it certainly looks unsafe. The building halls and elevator are really dirty. Finding parking is close to impossible. The apartment uses an electronic doorknob which is faulty. The apartment is large. Although not clean We found balls of hair in the shower and bedroom. Sheets were also dirty. A pitcher with water was moldy.

The property is not in a good area of Fiumicino. It is in a building in a run down mall with smashed windows and dirty sidewalks. The shower looks nice and renovated but there were hardly any hot water. We were looking for a one night stay in Fiumicino, this place is a 10 min ride from the nicer area by the beach. The price we paid was equal to a beautiful hotel we stayed in just a week before in the heart of Rome and the place just felt like a scam for our money. The lady that met us was nice and helpful but that was the only positive thing about the property.

This was a convenient stay for an early morning flight. I was contacted by the property owner upon booking to set up arrival time. She provided detailed directions for location, and parking, which were very helpful. She was even outside to greet me. This was a pleasant and comfortable option, and just what I needed for the next morning's flight. Thank you.

Good accommodations for the price. Convenient to airport and food/shopping as it sits within a pedestrian mall. Host was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is hard to find as all the buildings look alike and private roads prohibit taxi from dropping you off directly in front of the building.

Cozy and convenient apartment near Rome Airport.
We stayed there because we have an early flight from Rome Airport (Fiumicino). Basically, it is unstaffed apartment room, and you need to make an appointment to get a key for checking in (this kind of information should be easily provided by Hotels.com). Otherwise, the place is very cozy and relaxing. Breakfast is self-served (there was an egg cooker, but no eggs..I recommend to bring eggs by own..). It is close to Rome Fiumicino Airport, but the road near the airport is very confusing. Also, it was a bit difficult to find a parking near the apartment (we had a rent-a-car). There are several restaurant in walking distance that open late (after mid-night). I think it is a good place to stay if you have an early flight from Rome.
