An average hotel which heavily markets its closeness to the Colloseum. The view from the Sun terrace has a great view of the Colloseum at night so this is on all the pictures on the website. We had 2 rooms. One room was very small and view not good. Other room adequate. Breakfast at 17 Euros each over priced and basic. The best feature is its closeness to the Colloseum and notable landmarks. Hotel takes a deposit of 300 euros at check in which was not explained. A week later still to refund this. Was promised on checkout 2-3 days. There are much better hotels out there for the price. Not quite sure why it gets a 4 star rating? If you want to see the Colloseum every night then perfect. A little disappointed by hotel.

NIce hotel for 3 nights. Colosseum on the corner with plenty of taxis - restaurants in the immediate area - so it made our stay very convenient. Didnt use the ppol but is a nice option after a hot day seeing the sights. Room was on the small side with a window facing the Colosseum on the corner. Looks a bit oldish but perfectly acceptable for a 2 night break.

The staff was kind, polite and friendly!! The hotel was OK!!! The room was ridiculously small even though it was a suite!! We stayed for ten days and it was a bit claustrophobic to stay in! Breakfast: BORING! 10 days the same thing!!! Really nothing special!

A great location for visiting the Colosseo and forum. The basic rooms were small, but quiet and comfortable. It was very clean and the breakfast was nice. The rooftap bar and pool do provide a nice and relaxing space for unwinding. Keep in mind that rooms on the first floor are smoking ones, so ask for a room on another floor if this might bother you. Overall it is a good hotel if you want to use it as a base for exploring the main tourist sites.

Best Hotel near the Colosseum

Pros: Very close to the Colosseum, staff were brilliant, nice cozy room
Cons: My only recommendation would be to add another lift, having 1 lift for a 8 floor hotel isn't enough, sometimes long wait for lift
Location: Colosseum very close, rooftop view of the Coloseum
Fantastic Hotel and even better staff, I would like to thank David and Letizia, they are a credit to the hotel, very friendly and welcoming. Nice view of the colosseum from the rooftop terrace, weather wasn't great during my stay, or would've tried the swimming pool.

Sehr gut gelegen, sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war nicht so meins, es fehlten leider Semmeln. Die Auswahl der Wurst war nicht besonders. Aber über die Tage gesehen, kann man das Hotel auf alle Fälle sehr empfehlen
