very kind david, thanks for the review. As you can see from the other reviews, the oulizia is our strong point. The carpet is not dirty it just needs to be changed, and in fact we have scheduled the total renovations for October 23. I don't know what the taxi driver told you, who may not live in this area, but I can assure you that this neighborhood it is very safe, also because the police are always in front of the park.

Good morning and thanks for the review. However, we want to clarify that we had problems with cold water NOT DEPENDENT on our will, but caused by the company that manages the water. Our staff has always done everything possible to mitigate the problem

Dear Hasret, thank you for your review. I'm sorry that your stay was not pleasant. However, I would like to underline that the photos are real and that the carpet is totally new, we installed it on October 23. Yes, it's true, the furniture is old, because we have to close soon to renovate. We cannot do much about the facility now, but you should recognize that the cleanliness is of a very high standard.
