Perfect for solo traveler or couple
Great location within walking distance of train station, city center and many restaurants. Comfortable room with limited amenities but perfect for someone who’s on the go and doesn’t plan to spend a lot of time in the room. As a single woman traveling solo, I felt completely safe here. I loved the contactless check in and entry. Would definitely consider staying here again.

I would hardly call this place a hotel! Rooms are nothing like the photos. Rooms are tiny & old bathrooms even smaller. We didn't sleep all night from all the noise from the restaurants, street cleaners in the piazza. It was so bad we moved to another hotel. The staff refused to refund the remaining nights we had 2 rooms booked, only refunding the first night, that was a much cheaper rate ( after many conversations). The lady at the front desk was helpful, however her manager was extremely rude & unreasonable! Would NOT recommend!! Dont ruin your Rome trip!!

The location was excellent. Room was clean and the tub was great. Communication was also very good prior to arrival with clear instructions on how to check in late. They gave a free voucher to a really nice breakfast buffet place.

The room was nice, just smaller than I thought. The AC just barely kept up with heat but it was a heat wave while we were there. The shower water pressure is wonderful it’s just a little narrow, and I’m a lean guy. Don’t plan on the elevator, it’s tiny and doesn’t work well but it’s only one flight of stairs, but it’s a long flight of stairs! We didn’t have a view of the piazza even though I thought we would. Everyone who worked there was nice. Loved walking around the piazza and it’s a fabulous walk to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain!

Decent hotel in a very walkable area. Front desk staff were helpful in assisting with booking a taxi to get to the train station. Rooms were very average and had the basic amenities. Didn’t spend much time in the hotel other than for sleeping- it got the job done while being in Rome

So I'm just gonna say it, the hotel rooms aren't massive but honestly who cares, you spend most of your time wandering the city anyways. the owner was incredibly kind esp after we locked ourselves out (obviously be kind and don't do this) she was.able to get us into our room after hours after we did something super dumb. It's our honeymoon and she was able to set up a nice wine and chocolate surprise for us which was a wonderful introduction to the city. I strongly recommend this place for it's location. The bakery downstairs is super good

The Navona Stay is located on the Piazza Navona and near many of the historic attractions in Rome. It is also near a lot of shopping, wonderful dinner, and a taxi stand is right around the corner. And it is super safe - right across from a police station! The room was generously sized, and the air conditioning was strong (it was over 100 degrees during our stay. The only issue is the that you need to go up one set of stairs to reach the very small elevator (for baggage). Would we stay there again? Absolutely!

I have mixed fillings about Navona. It's VERY hard to find. Thankfully we had a local guide with us who helped. I am not sure you can really call it a hotel in a sense that we are used to. It's about 10 rooms with a small reception area. Receptionist is only there 9-5, so if you arriving/leaving early or late, might be a problem. On the positive: location is amazing, in the center of everything; AC in the room worked great which is appreciated in June; room was small but clean and comfortable. It's a good value for the money in the center of Rome, I was just not prepared for what it was.

This boutique hotel was perfect for our family. LOVED it. The location in the Piazza Navona was perfect and close to everything. Would stay here again. The service from the owner was top notch.
