Anniversary treat - Sept 2014

We stayed at the Ponte Bianco for 7 nights on what was a very enjoyable week in Rome. We found the Hotel excellent value for money and it was conveniently located just outside the City centre. Public transport into the City was really easy - we caught either the local train (from Quattro Venti) - a 5 minute walk from the hotel or the Tram from Giancolense (7 minute walk from Hotel). It was particularly hot the week we were there and the air conditioning in the room was fantastic. Easy to use and very chilly on demand. It worked faultlessly throughout the week. The vending machine in the lobby was handy for coffee and cold drinks and was always well stocked. The Hotel is situated in what is a mainly residential area which meant nice peace and quiet. Staff all spoke English and were always very helpful and polite. The only negative point was perhaps the breakfasts - tea and coffee was ok but the croissants and pre-packaged 'toast' not too exciting! The breakfast room was also a little bland. Overall a great little Hotel in a quiet location but very handy for getting into the city centre.

Séjour en couple

Correct mais ne vaut pas 4 étoiles. Attention contrairement a l'annonce petit dejeuner pas gratuit. Murs peu épais. Déco de la chambre un peu ancienne. Parking gratuit mais parce-que à l'extérieur. Et 2 petits lits au lieu d'un lit double. Petit déjeuner pas assez complet.

Städtereise Rom

Das Hotel war nicht gerade sauber. Die Lage war ausserhalb vom Zentrum. Mit dem Tram braut man etwa 30min ins Stadtzentrum. Das letzte Tramfahrt geht um 23:30Uhr, für das Nachtleben ist es nicht ideal.

Syntymäpäivämatka

Matkakohde valittu pakomatkaksi syntymäpäiväksi Roomassa hyvät ilmat kaupunkiin tutustumista varten, ilmeisesti ei turistikausi vielä vilkkaamillaan. Hotelliaamiainen hieman vaatimaton ja suolainen osuus puuttui kokonaan.

Loistava miniloma

Sijaiti aivan erinomainen. Lähellä ratikka ja juna-asemat, helppo liikkua nähtävyyksille. Henkilökunta ystävällinen ja avulias. Huone vanha ja kulunut mutta siisti. Aamiainen vaatimaton (maku asia).

Hyvät julkiset yhteydet

Hotelli vastasi odotuksia. Hotelli valittiin sijainnin perusteella lähelle sukulaisia. Ainoa pettymys oli aamiainen. Italiassa pitäisi tarjota vasta paistettuja croissantteja.

Gezellige city trip

Simpel maar prima hotel met vriendelijk personeel. WiFi werkte niet op de kamer. Eindje van centrum maar bus en tram vlak bij.

Leuke stad, minder goede ervaring met hotel

Heel hard bed, dus slecht geslapen. Enkel zoet ontbijt eten. We wisten dat lokatie buiten het centrum lag, maar vonden openbaar vervoer in het begin nogal onduidelijk.

Hôtel très agréable

Jusqu'au dernier moment on s'est demandé où était la faille, où était le piège. Et nous l'avons pas trouvé. Le personnel est ADORABLE, parle très bien français et anglais. Les chambres sont confortables. Le seul petit défaut dans la chambre, c'était le nombre trop juste de prises de courant. Il y en avait trois dont une dans la salle de bain et une qui ne fonctionnait pas. Le petit déjeuner consiste en un petit buffet avec le nécessaire. Rapport qualité/prix, je n'ai pas été roulée! Un tram (n°8) vous amène au centre de Rome directement. Je recommande vivement!

Loma Ponte Biancossa

Hotelli vastasi odotuksiimme! Olimme poikaystäväni kanssa omatoimimatkalla kahdestaan. Halusimme hotellin joka ei olisi aivan keskustassa ja missä olisi mukava henkilökunta. Nämä toiveet täyttyivät.Tarkoituksenamme ei ollut myöskään viettää hotellissa hirveästi aikaa. Huone oli yllättävän tilava, siivous toimi, emmekä kokeneet mitään häiriötekijöitä. Huone oli myös viihtyisä. Hinta-laatusuhde oli hyvä!
