The breakfast was excellent with healthy choices & friendly staff. The garden balcony bar was so relaxing after a long day or travel. I loved the fitness room/gym, too!! It had all of the equipment & was very clean/sanitized. Very close proximity to the Villa Borghese Park where I went to the Art Gallery @ Botero Statues! the Metro.

To far out from main attractions. Staff was uppity. We had to merge the Expedia reservation with the Princess Cruise reservation so we could stay in the same room and that took over 15 emails. They kept respondin they needed proof from Princess that it was a "superior" room and I had given them Expedia and Princess PDF's showing that both reservations were booked for superior and the person didn’t like it. I was working with the "white glove" Princess group and they were working in-house with their promotions group and they were not sure of the problem the hotel was having. Finally came to a head on the weekend, before we were scheduled to dock in Rome, when I sent an email and it came back saying no one was working and to send it to a different email if I needed a faster response so I did. Another person got back and said the reservations were combined into a continuous stay for the same room. I guess the 1st person was trying to fleece me for another $20 euros/night which they stated in an early email. Then on the last night there I took off my engagement band and forgot to put it back on. Emailed and they said they checked the room and no luck. I remembered that it might have fallen onto the dirty towels in the bathroom on the floor so I responded if they could check with their laundry service. Heck, I find change in mine if I forget to empty my pockets. Well two attempts and they never responded. Bought a new one. Never stay there again and do not recommend.

This was my family's first time in Rome and had researched fully all options and we settled on this hotel. Absolutely fabulous in its location, breakfast choices, staff friendliness and additional options including shuttle bus to Spanish steps. Food in the restaurant was of an exceptionally high quality and standard - totally delicious

Staff were generally good to very good. Check in/out staff were irritable at best. On checkout staff had no clue what deposit was on my credit card and wouldn’t believe me until I showed them. Restaurant was good but pricey.
