It was ok, a bit noisy but we enjoyed our stay. I was able to upgrade thanks to be a vip member. If you like to stay close to the termini and the main sites this is a good option.

Place was very good except for one thing, they advertised fast wifi but it was honestly the worst wifi I’ve experienced in years, constantly dropping. If you don’t have your own data and need wifi Don’t stay here. Very frustrating!! For that reason only 3 stars

Room and staff were very nice. My only reason for not giving a 5 stars is that it feels like an apartment complex and when we arrived we were very confused thinking it was a hotel. But it definitely felt safe and the staff was great! Location is great

Perfectly located in the heart of Rome the room had the perfect amenities for either an overnight stay or long weekend! All within walking distance of the Colosseum, Pantheon Metro Centrali it made an awesome spot to go explore Rome!

I read several reviews in Italy with regards to front desk staff only being available for certain hours and this particular front desk. Staff went home at 3:30 in the afternoon. However, this was not an issue as the communication was excellent for codes to get into the property and to retrieve our key to the room. The location was excellent, 10 minutes walking to the Colosseum and other venues. Many many places to eat in the area, shop and get gelato. Felt very safe and the staff was exceptional. Very polite, wanted to make sure we were happy and taken care of and even assisted us with extending our stay by one day. We can’t thank you enough for taking care of us throughout our stay. Exceptional 5 Star service. Our room was very small, however, there was so much love thought and personal touches put into designing the rooms that it made it special. again thank you so much for everything!

Good Value Accommodation
The Relais Forus Inn provides good value accommodation and is well situated for visiting all of Rome’s attractions. Monti, the area in which the accommodation is located, is vibrant with plenty of bars and restaurants. The facilities are fairly standard, but are ideal for a short city break.

Very helpful, friendly, and responsive staff, made our first visit to Rome much more enjoyable. Room wasnt big, but it was clean and big enough. It probably is like this in all of Rome, but, the room was quite noisy, first night, we were woken up by people having sex next door, and second night, had hard time falling asleep from people leaving their tv on. The wall is very thin. That said, the location more than made up for it, and still had a great time overall. Its close to coliseum, and the train station. I can recommend it, but bring an earplug.

Super location for the colosseum and forum. 30 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Simone was super as was the other lady who worked there but I didn’t get her name sadly. Breakfast was brought to the room which was amazing! Only downside was we could here every word the next door room was saying-luckily it was in French!

Clean rooms. Staff was friendly. We were just there for a night between the rest of our trip and our flight out, and it was fine. Room is a little snug if youre staying for long (and have much luggage).
