Lovely, comfotable stay in the center of Rome
The Relais is a great place, quiet, just off via Cavour and easy access to lots of places. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very comfortable.

Loved the repurposed stairway. Rooms were nice except the shower was terribly small. I am average size but didn't have room to bend over to wash my feet! Shower size was a terrible mistake

Unique property that is very well maintained and clean. The room is a good size with all needed amenities. It was nice to have USB ports for charging. It was a 30 min walk to Trevie Fountain and great places to eat. Very close to Roma Termini which was one of the reasons we picked this hotel.

Hotel staff were helpful, room was clean and size was as pictured. Could hear the tv and guests talking in the room next door, but didn’t bother me too much. Main negative was there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom so had to keep the door closed to stop the rest of the room smelling. Otherwise was a good stay for the price

Super great hotel for Rome! Safe, great location to train station and main attractions. Tucked away in an alley that is near a gorgeous basilica. The rooms are small, tiny shower, but all you need for a quick trip to Rome! The staff was super friendly & available. Everything you need is close, hop-on-off bus stop, market for wine, cafes, and many restaurants!

I stayed for all together 4 days. It was close to Termini and very convenient for shopping, restaurants and going to airport. People at the facility were very friendly and helpful. Only concern I had was plumbing issue (pipe made noises often although I did not use the water or toilet). Since they are renovating their dining area, I thought it may be related to that. Otherwise I enjoyed the stay.
