One of the worst properties I have ever stayed. I stayed for 2 nights but should have stayed none. At the beginnig they send you a text message by whatsapp asking for passports and the time of my arrival. I arrived at 6 pm like I mentioned. There was no one, I had to stay out in the cold with my gurlfriend with all our luggage until someone gave ys access to the property. They don’t tell you how ti access the property. Once inside I called and texted the number they gave for service. According to them is 24h, 39 3791049866. I called the guy, he is not italian. I couldn’t understand his accent , he was super rude. He hanged the phone 4 times. I have american phone number, calls like that in another country and international are expensive. This guy was saying he would open the door and never did! He kept hanging the phone until i told him not to hang up on me again, he talked for like 15 seconds and hanged up. The thing didn’t end up there, these guys decided to change the code for my room the second night without telling me! I arrived ans had to wait around 2 hours until the guy gave me the correct code, the same guy and of course he was jot answering and hanging up on me when i was talking. These is one of the worst experience that i ever had, the second night was -5 celsius and my girlfriend had to stay out in the cole because this guy was telling me the wrong code. He called me later to tell me the correct code because he was saying it was a 9 but it was a 6. TERRIBLE

Very confusing check in as there are multiple properties, not just the one address shown in the property listing. Lady was rude on check in. Bed and sofa pull out were decent and clean. The shower was dirty with mold and did not drain properly. Lots of mold and standing in a splash-pad sized pool of water with the mold to attempt a clean shower… very disgusting!

Reasonable price and nice room. Great for a couple of days. 40 minute walk to Trevi fountain. These are rooms within an accomodation complex, up quite a few flights of stairs. Good location, would stay here again 🙂

The property was clean and very convenient to the Metro. The staff was excellencent and were very prompt in returning emails. They were very easy to contact.The room was spacious with 2 twin beds as requested. Within 2 blocks of numeroys restaurants and the Ottaviano Metro. They provided transport to and from airport and information for tours. Highly reccomend!

Room at Star Vatican

The room was updated and bathroom was large and clean. The building was old, lobby area was run down and dirty which made it undesirable. It is hard to tell what you’ll get in Rome since hotels operate in residential buildings. We only stayed one night so it was fine but I would not return. Location is close to Vatican and other areas and convenient to bus and Metro.

Be aware of different locations if renting 2 rooms

The girl checking us in was not very friendly… and we booked 2 rooms thinking they would be together and we were at different locations.

The room was only a bathroom/shower, and bed with a small table. Air conditioning didn’t work very well. Although one side of the bed tilted outward, it was ok. The water out of the shower head was not spread out. Seemed like an open hose.
