We found it hard to find at first but that was our fault I guess. It was nice that we could get into our room early. Tub was very high, the glass panel did not close properly and pressure was very light. There was a guy singing outside at midnight who was very loud. We think he thought he was an opera singer but that was not the hotel’s fault. Also we woke up to opera people practicing their scales on piano and singing but we are across from the opera house so … I guess it’s to be expected.

We picked this place because of the great location, it was walking distance to the Termini and to attractions. The room was a bit small and bathroom was even smaller. The bed sheets were really rough and the AC was either on full blast or not on at all and the walls were really thin. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was not bad but we’re stayed at nicer places for less.

Upon arrival, staff was very nice and welcoming. Walked us to our room and show us everything and how it works. It was perfect for us as far as location goes. My only complaint is the shower, there’s no real door so water leaked everywhere on the bathroom floor.

C'est calme ! La photo elle est très trompeuse comme entré de réception ,c'est une arnaque ! Addresse est affiché au 11 Via Firenze, ,mais il n'y a personne pour vous recevoire . Nous avons perdu une heure a configurer a comprendre ou c'était entré du Hall n'est pas là , mais bien situé au 58 via Del Vinimale au non hôtel Sonya a 5 minutes de marche de là .pas le bonnumero de telephone nie de courriel pour communiquer avec eux , Rien. il ont changé sans vous avert ir vous Expédia et la clientèle qui ont payé ... j'ai pris des photos des lieux mal informé . Les vacances est fait pour un plaisir que ont ce paye mais pas a tenter de chercher un endoit que vous connais c'est pas ...

The toilet was in the basement for 180$ a night. The front desk staff were dismissive and rude. I got horrible allergies from a dusty room. I asked for a receipt and they wouldn’t give it to me. Bed was hard as a rock. Pillows were hard. Worst hotel of my life.

La ubicación me pareció muy buena, ya que quedaba a 9 min. Caminando de la estación central de trenes (Roma Termini), el coliseo nos quedaba a 23 min. Caminando y la Fontana a 17 min.! Alrededor había algunas iglesias muy bonitas, y muchas cosas que ver y disfrutar muchos restaurantes, tiendas. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda, lo que no me gustó al menos yo si hago uso de la televisión y era una TV súper pequeña, parecía que tenía mi celular colgado en la pared, independientemente de eso, la señal de televisión no era buena, te marcaba como 1000 canales y solo se miraban 3 y pixeleados. El WIFI fallaba a ratos también, y como el hotel está como en un callejón por las mañanas era muy ruidoso ya que mi habitación daba a la calle y pasaba el camión de la basura y así.

This place was great, clean and best of all clean bathroom, I can't stand mildew. Location is good, close to Termini station. The bed was small for two people, but it was comfortable and sheets were clean. I would recommend this location.

We stayed here for one night before heading home. It was nice and close to the train station which offered easy walking with our luggage. The room was overall clean but out dated. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the air conditioning was powerful. Overall a convenient place to stay if you’re looking for easy access to the train station, however longer walks if you’re looking to do any site seeing.

Our small double was tiny; the main issue was it didn’t have a window which meant the room felt stuffy and smelt mouldy. We upgraded to a triple room with a balcony (which you couldn’t sit at) which was so much nicer. Rooms are dated but adequate. Location is great, 30 minutes walk from main attractions. Metro less than 5 minute walk which is the A line, which is great for reaching sites. Would recommend if you’re just looking for a place to lay your head but would avoid small double
