The house is entirely at the guests' disposal.

IMPORTANT: There is an extra charge to be paid in person at the delivery of the key: 30.00 LATE CHECK IN (only in case of check in after 9 p.m and precisely from 9 p.m to 12 a.m with an extra of 10.00 for each hour or fraction of an hour after 12 a.m). 50.00 (in the event of a night emergency for stolen keys or for other reasons that require our presence). We remind our kind guests that they need to pay the city taxes of the municipality of Rome, which amounts to 3.50 per person per day (for a maximum of 10 consecutive days). Children under the age of ten don't pay the tax.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location
We only had 24 hours in Rome, so location was everything for us. We were able to easily access everything we aimed to see during our whirlwind vacation and were thrilled with the local restaurants and vibe. The apartment itself was super clean and the communication was helpful, friendly and fast. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
