This hotel was pretty decent for our 1st time in Rome. It was walkable to everything, food, shopping, transportation. The only thing husband didn’t like was the ‘no elevator’ for luggages. Also there was no charging area to charge your phone you would need to by one of those euro plug converters. The mattress was comfortable. Some of the furniture and decor was definitely outdated.

Centrally located. There is a a lot of walking around the city so being in a more central area with convenient access to trains, bus, and sights is a huge impact. The staff who welcomed me is very nice and friendly and is extremely helpful, his name is Tiger. I would definitely come back to this property.

Excellent staff! Very helpful and attentive. The property itself is in need of repairs. Our AC was broken most of our stay and the showerhead sprayed in random directions. Smaller issues were a coffee pot with calcium buildup and a broken sink drain.

We were assigned to a room at a location away from the main hotel, it was about 1 block away, in an alley, with a spiral staircase( terrible for carrying luggage (although the hotel did send a person with us to carry the luggage up the staircase but I had to carry the luggage down when time to checkout) the stairs were very unsafe for people our age (71) the room was very small and the shower was extremely small wit no place to put your shampoo or soap except the floor. We booked the same time our friends did and they had a very nice room at the main hotel. When I questioned to why ours was at a different location and they said it was because we booked it through Expedia!!!! I expected to get some type of refund but to no avail. I would never go back to them and I’m the one that suggested to our traveling friends to stay there. Very bad experience!!’ Never again,

great check in, but the cleaning staff talked LOUD NON STOP riin hallway starting right at 8am. I asked them to talk quiter, that didnt help. LOUD banter backa and fourth and then one of them on their phones LOUD.... It woke us up after a 15 hour travel day as the walls must be paper thin. Lvoed the area the hotel was in though and check in was smooth.

We were put into an annexed building about a minute from the main hotel that had a spiral staircase to access the room, so very inconvenient with heavy luggage. Furniture in room was VERY dated and needed to be updated.

the guy who checked us in was very nice and i liked that the hotel held on to our stuff till the room was ready!! check out was nice as well the lady helped get us a cab to get to the train station.

Tiga was very helpful and gave us a map and planned just the perfect walking self guided tour with it we did not miss a single thing! And the location… WOW. Would have preferred larger showers air conditioning but for a one night stay and 24 hrs in Rome … I would go back!
