Overall, our stay was good, and we liked the location. Communication was a little confusing. Host tattoo use Google translate and we were able to understand each other. The only thing I would recommend is adding the so-calleled foreign tax in the system, that way, it could be paid legally through the system and not having to pay out-of-pocket and cash at the time of arrival. That’s some thing that we did not appreciate. Also, the condo states that it is for up to eight people, but we were unsure how many we’re going to be in our party and a lot last minute ended up being for instead of just two we were charged over €100 per additional person. That was also, not appreciated. I believe there has to be better information provided through the system.

Monica was so kind and assisted us with transportation from the airport, which was so helpful. She also took the time to walk the neighborhood with us to point out good pizza and coffee. The residence was very accommodating for our family for such a short stay.

Comfortable Roman Apartment
The apartment was very roomy and clean with comfortable beds and seats in the living room. The kitchen was small but well stocked enough for breakfasts and small meals. Some small suggestions …it would have been nice to have the oven working. The bedroom furniture and closet doors were a bit loose and needed some tightening. Monica met us and arranged an airport shuttle for us. Thank you Monica! There were a few coffee shops and a very good restaurant (La Brushetta Roma) nearby as well as a grocery shop. 10 minute walk to the Borghese Park, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps and buses close by. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment !

Large clean apartment with a washer. Building had an elevator which is very handy. Location was very walkable. Only issue is the wi fi was iffy, most of the time no connection. Monica responded to all communication.

Location was great, walking distance to a lot of places, shopping. Quiet area. Beds comfortable. Wifi was our only complaint- very spotty. Monica was very accommodating as she got us a cab to the apartment and one to the airport as we have 6 people travelling together. She explained everything and gave us recommendations for meals. Would recommend. Thank you!!!

Rome with a family of 5
This apartment was a good resting spot for our family of 5. Two bedrooms are connected and this worked well for our 3 kids. Our daughter slept in the first room and the boys walked through her room to get to the back bedroom. The area is very quiet and has two very nice restaurants (San Marco for Italian fare and La Mille et una Notte for Lebanese food). It has an elevator which was nice for getting our luggage up to the 3rd floor. You have to taxi to all of the sites in Rome unless you are up for a 20+ minute walk.

Perfect apartment within walking distance to most everything in Rome!
What a great experience staying at Monica’s apartment. We were able to walk not only the Forum, coliseum, Vatican City, Spanish steps and Trevi fountain - but also to the beautiful park just up the street! Well worth the walks. And many restaurants and gelato stores near by too. Very easy stay and a great experience! Thank you Monica

We had to pay an additional 100 Euro’s in cash when we arrived. This was not stated prior to the stay. There was a broken toilet seat. It was listed that there was a washer and dryer but we were not able to use it. We followed all the rules but were not able to find the outdoor garbage bin.
