Wonderful place
I booked the single room, which was bijou but as I expected it to be. The main thing was it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was so much better than the bland food that you get in chain hotels. Really tasty fresh ingredients that really set me up for the day (I didn’t eat again until 8pm!). Carry on the great work and I’m sure to be back soon.

Lovely stay
Graham & Kay are lovely hosts. The Palmerston Rooms are decorated in a symbolic style to the building but there are modern touches. Would definitely stay there again

Very smart and comfortable but pricey
High end B&B. Highly modernised, very clean and very functional. Room was a bit small for the money, no soap or shampoo for the shower and a lot of noise from other rooms. In summary, very smart and functional, but with a few compromises, one being it is quite expensive.

One of the cleanest B&B that we have been to in a long time. We are travelling a lot and work in the field as well, so we are looking with a trained eye. Spot on on every level!

outstanding value for the superb quality of service. Very minor quibble about the absence of on-site parking but able to park on street 18.00 to 08.00. Highly recommended for friendliness of owners and excellent breakfast.
