WE HAD NO HEAT. THE BAR RESTAURANT SHOULD BE CLOSED THE CHARDONNAY WE ORDERED MUST HAVE BEEN A YEAR SINCE IT WAS OPENED. WE TASTED IT AND IT WAS ROTTEN. THEY COULF NOT FIND ANOTHER BOTTLE =SO WE LEFT

I didn't even stay here. The neighborhood is very sketchy and an acquaintance that lives on Long Island said there were multiple guest vehicle's tire's slashed on more than one occasion recently. I talked to the front desk to voice my concerns and asked for a refund. I was told that I didn't have to stay there, but "you ain't getting no money back". I figured losing the price of the room was cheaper than 4 tires so I wrote it off. I stayed at a different hotel chain a short distance from this location and was very pleased.

Found a dirty pair of women's underwear in the front lobby after check in. Lot of unwanted traffic at night .other guest had no respect arguing all hours of the night and through the early mornings. Guess coming up to me asking for drugs

We checked -in around 12:30 am. The front desk guy was rude and after signing everything digitally, wanted me to sign a hard copy. I asked why is that necessary. He said if I didn't sign he would not check-in us. I did complain front desk in the morning regarding such an attitude. He was having bad attitude and should not be in the hospitality industry.
