Original style and structure have been mostly preserved and the interior has been re-organized according to a comfortable, contemporary design. Rustic meets modern with old oak, concrete walls, wooden and Stainless Steel Kitchen.

Ground Floor Entrance leading to the Kitchen, dining, bar, a double bedroom with an amazing infinity sea view, bathroom and laundry.

First floor 3 double bedrooms and one single bedroom. 1 jack and jill bathroom & a 1/2 bath.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burner cooktop, oven, side by side fridge, double sink, pots, pans etc.

The Villa is in a panoramic position West facing with wonderful views from the Ocean facing balcony of the entire community and endless sea view and mountains, capturing incredible sunsets, while still reassuring a feeling of privacy.

The property is surrounded by a large beautiful garden.

Children of all ages are welcome but please be mindful that we do not have child safety features therefore young children should be supervised by adults at all times while you enjoy your stay at the property.

Rustic Charm
Sunset Vista: Vrbo Feedback The property has a rustic charm and is set in one of the hillsides of Canefield, filled with the artwork of the owner. Willie and Ali the managing team were brilliant. They were there to greet us although our flight arrived late and were very responsive when issues arose such as the water company suspending the water supply. Willie and Ali were also a great source of information and advice. The facilities are comfortable with air conditioning on the upper level. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and crockery, but the area would benefit from the addition of hot water, rather than heating this in the kettle. The bus passes nearby; therefore, it is easy to get to Roseau and other areas. Canefield has a 7-11 supermarket, which closes midnight most nights.

Love Dominica
Dominica was the best! The place is rather small for a large group but it worked surprisingly well. There were 4 bedrooms, the fifth is turned into a library and not air conditioned. Donna was an amazing host and answered all questions immediately. She made a recommendation of Big Mama for our taxi driver and he became our tour guide as well. Great recommendation! We had so much fun on the island. We cooked in the kitchen and had all that we needed. The table was large enough for us. The circular staircase made it interesting but the outside staircase was used more. I would recommend this property.
