The Rosedale House

This recently updated, cute, little ranch home, is located in a quiet small town, there’s a handy gas station, dollar general, coffee shop, restaurant, and Tavern less than 1/2 mi. away. You’ll be located close to Turkey Run State Park, Racoon Lake, Terre Haute Casino, and located right in the heart of the Covered Bridge Festival. Relax in the 6/7 person hot tub after working all day, touring, or just want to get away. Fenced in yard if you are traveling with a pet! Fully furnished home!!

The space
3 beds, 1 Bath, with fenced in backyard, nice covered patio, uncovered patio, outdoor dining table, plenty of chairs, and a fire pit. Located in a nice, quiet little subdivision near the local elementary school and public park.

Guest access
The entire inside of the house will be accessible to guest, except for one bedroom at the very end of the hallway. The door will be locked. That room is reserved for personal Usage.
The garage on the property will be locked, unless stated otherwise, as will the storage shed in the back corner of the property
The entire fenced in backyard is for your usage
As well as the obvious little front yard
Which does include a nice maple shade tree!

Golden girls trip to Covered Bridge
Brian was great at quickly responding to questions. House just as advertised. Very clean. Hot tub and fire pit with wood available but we didn’t use. (May want to add night stand lamps in bedrooms and reading light in living room, as there is mostly just ceiling lights) very close to Bridgeton, primary location of Covered Bridge Festival.

This was perfect for our stay. Clean, great updates, hot tub was amazing. Fire pit was great so relaxing! Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog to run around. We"ll definitley be back!
