Wir möchten betonen, dass unser Hotel erst kürzlich im Jahr 2020 einer umfassenden Renovierung unterzogen wurde, um modernen Komfort zu bieten. Es überrascht uns, dass Sie einen unangenehmen Geruch wahrgenommen haben, da die Sauberkeit und das Wohlbefinden unserer Gäste zu unseren höchsten Prioritäten zählen.In Bezug auf die Handtücher möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass wir täglich frische Handtücher bereitstellen und zusätzliche Handtücher auf Anfrage jederzeit verfügbar sind. Wir verstehen, dass die Abwesenheit einer Klimaanlage und eines Wasserkochers Unannehmlichkeiten verursachen kann, vor allem in den wärmeren Monaten oder bei Bedarf für kleine Kinder. Allerdings bieten wir Ventilatoren an der Rezeption an und hätten gerne bezüglich eines Wasserkochers weitergeholfen.
