Villa dell'Angelo stands on a cliff overlooking the sea, in a very exclusive location with a truly unique view: the blue, crystal-clear sea stretching as far as the eye can see with, on either side, rocky coast, pristine beaches and beautiful pine forests. We are in the heart of one of the most renowned seaside resorts of Tuscany, not for nothing called the “Pearl of the Tyrrhenian”, which, far from busy traffic, has maintained its genuineness and privacy so that you can fully enjoy this splendid property. The house, dating back to 1820, has been home to aristocratic families who have carefully preserved the charm and beauty without neglecting the functionality: the result is a family atmosphere where privacy and well-being reign supreme. Recently renovated, the interior has been refinished with materials of excellent manufacture, such as the floors in Tuscan terracotta and parquet, and decorated with period furniture. The garden and the woods of tall holm oaks, covering an area of 1.500 sqm, frame on all four sides this villa and the panoramic terrace with sea view, furnished with table and chairs, which provide ample space for the living area so that you can enjoy in total relaxation the atmosphere of this charming location. The large steps that from the garden lead to the cliff, through the grove of holm oaks, also lead to a private area complete with sunbeds and umbrellas for those looking for relaxing and pleasant sea excursions.
Interior:
A large electric gate opens into the private parking area, which can accommodate up to five cars, and another gate leads into the garden of the villa. The two-storey villa has a total surface area of 320 sqm. The main entrance leads directly into the dining room and the large living room with sofas, fireplace and tv; a French window leads out to both the garden on the side opposite the main entrance and to the relaxation areas on the portico and the panoramic terrace. Also on the ground floor is a laundry area, a separate kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A large marble staircase leads up to the first floor with four bedrooms, one with a large terrace overlooking the sea, and two bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower.

Park:
The well-maintained park surrounding the villa extends for 1500 sqm and is mainly lawn with geraniums and bushes of pittosporum, here and there terracotta pots with colourful flowers; the side adjacent to the villa is paved in stone and sea sand. A large French window in the living room leads out to a corner portico where external living areas have been set up so that you can enjoy the shade of the tall, dense holm oaks. A French window leads out from the kitchen to the area of the garden in front of it where a pleasant outdoor area has been set up with table and chairs, sofa and armchairs and a brick-built barbecue. On the sea side of the park, and to the left of the villa, is a panoramic terrace covered, when necessary, by a large umbrella with a table and chairs, illuminated in the evening by lights, including a vintage floor lamp, so that guests can remain outside for dinner as well. The villa has private access to the sea, through a gate, and a private area on the natural cliff where sunbeds have been set up in the shade of a large awning. Close to the sea access, to safeguard privacy, a changing room and a solar shower have been constructed.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
