"The floor tile heating was broken and the room was cold even though I was put the temperature to max and fan as well. Someone did tried to the floor heater once but the problem continued. No one checked on me is the situation improved. I also had those same black hairs sticked to bathroom floor the four nights. And I'm blonde. But anyways the service was top level and gym really nice. Great location."

"The pillows are big and high. When I asked smaller,they promised to bring. But,not brought. Bed was old and worn out."
