Für 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend mit Top Lage
Doe Wohnung ist zweckmässig und die an sowie Abreise extrem unkompliziert gewesen via Agentur. Einziges Manko an der Wohnung sind die durchgelegenen Matratzen die dringend erneuert werden müssten

Umgebung perfekt, Ferienwohnung ok, Bad sanierungsbedürftig
Super schöne Zeit in Warnemünde verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben nur für Menschen, die gut zu Fuß sind. Die Treppe ist ziemlich eng. Das Bad benötigt unbedingt eine Sanierung. Ansonsten ist die Ferienwohnung sauber und bietet alles was man benötigt um einige Tage in Warnemünde zu verbringen.

Schöne kleine ferienwohnung
Die Lage ist top und alles schnell und unkompliziert,fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich klein aber es fehlt an nichts. Ehrlicher Weise muss man sagen,die beste Zeit hat die Wohnung hinter sich und es könnte an einigen stellen modernisiert werden. Das Bett ist durchgelegen und unbequem,die kopfkissen kann man fast weglassen,denn die aufpolsterung und fast nicht vorhanden.Die Duschabtrennung darf mal eine neue werden,die rostet vor sich hin. Alles in allem eine nette kleine Wohnung mit top lage die ein wenig Liebe braucht.

Das Schlechte zu erst: Die Reinigung des Bodens hätte besser sein können und die Teppiche und das Sofa könnten mal erneuert werden. Ansonsten war alles gut. Geschirr und Besteck sauber, Bad sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sauber. Die Küche und Kochplatte ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist klein aber trotzdem schön und gemütlich. Der Fernseher ist auch ausreichend. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Auch super: die Nähe zum Meer. Meine Tochter und ich haben einen tollen Urlaub dort verbracht und waren traurig, wieder nach Hause fahren zu müssen. Was ich noch richtig gut fand war, dass der Parkplatz praktisch um die Ecke dazuzubuchen war. Fazit: ein toller Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung. Immer wieder gerne!

Die Beschreibung entspricht den Gegebenheiten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, die Einrichtung insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen waren allerdings neu und sehr bequem.

Die Fewo hat eine schöne Lage. Ausstattung war gut. Der elektrische Anschluss für Wasserkocher etc. könnte jedoch praktischer und sicherer gelöst werden (Kippschalter für an/aus) Fahrradabstellplatz wünschenswert.

Fewo heintze
Für meinen kurzurlaub war die Fewo in Ordnung. Sie liegt günstig man kann alles gut erreichen zu Fuß. Ein grosser Pluspunkt ist der Parkplatz den man dazubuchen kann ! In Punkto Sauberkeit könnte es in manchen Ecken etwas gründlicher sein
