Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage, aber die Sauberkeit (Staubmäuse in Fluren und Treppenhaus, starker Schimmel in der Dusche) lassen zu wünschen übrig. Engagement der Personals ist ausbaufähig.

Gute Lage

Pros: Lage und freundliches Personal
Cons: WLAN in Abhängigkeit vom Provider und dem verfügbaren Netz Lieferant der Brötchen wechseln oder Rohlinge länger/knackiger aufbacken
Zentral gelegenes Hotel, sehr enges Parkhaus; schon mit Mittelklasse-Limousinen Auf- und Abfahrten nur mit Rangieren befahrbar. Sauna leider nur gegen Gebühr und erst ab 16.30 Uhr nutzbar. WLAN brach auch Nachts (23.00-01.00 Uhr) immer wieder zusammen. Frühstücksbuffetauswahl gut. Service war sehr aufmerksam. Schlecht: Die Brötchen, egal welche Sorte man aß, waren pappig.

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Pros: Die zentrale Lage, Freundlichkeit des Personals und ein perfektes Frühstück
Cons: Das wird schwer, denn für den Strassenlärm kann wohl niemand. (Kopfsteinpflaster)
Location: Das Hotel liegt direkt am Marktplatz, von hier aus kann man die ganze Ostseeküste entdecken.
Wir verbrachten eine schöne Woche in Rostock, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit Bus oder Bahn zu erreichen.

Top Lage im Zentrum der Stadt

Junior Suite sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Insgesamt aufgrund der Lage im Zentrum etwas laut, dafür aber direkte Lage. Grosses Badezimmer und gutes Bett.

Kurze Hygienetipps

Das Personal sollte darauf achten, dass die eigentlich weißen Badezimmerfugen nicht mit schwarzen und entsprechend wenig vertrauenserweckenden Farbtönen verdreckt sind. Es sah wie Schimmel aus und das ist ein NoGo.
