Property wasn't called cash and rewards but rather beymont the sign in front did not match the building itself. pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance the entire time. the staff was polite and helpful. the area around it was kept clean. hotel room was clean and well cared for however there was issues with key card initially. overall a good experience

The listing and payment were different after I submitted it. It was listed at $25 for the night and after I paid it was $48 for the night. I was too tired to challenge it. $48 is still a good price. The room was clean. The bed was strangely made, but everything was clean.

Definitely NOT what advertised! Hotel used to be something else and then got sold off .New company hasn’t done ANYTHING to clean or fix things around .Looks run down and the “continental “ breakfast is just 1 gallons of OJ & 2 stale cheap boxes of glacéd donuts from Walmart ! Definitely 0/10 but Hey is in the middle of everything and in the backyard of an Applebees and other restaurant.

My room was 326, very clean and nice. Had its own kitchen with dishwasher, full fridge. It was like a minnie apartment. This was my second stay. My first stay the room had no kitchen but had a balcony. Beautiful scenery, the courtyard could use a tidy up. All in all a wonderful stay. I highly recommend.

Coffee is sporadic at best between 6-9 am. Your breakfast choice is donuts from Walmart, sporadic muffins, honey buns, cereal. No juices, not even a waffle maker. Towards the end of our stay, someone knocked on our door then immediately opened our door, we hollered as i was not dressed yet. She wanted to know what day we were checking out. Dont they have a computer system for that or enough scruples to wait for us to answer the door. We were in a room with 2 queen beds, one sank in quite a bit, kind of like a hammock, we used that to hold our luggage and such. Other bed was decent. I went upstairs to do a load of laundry, noticing the stairs had not been vacuumed in a while. The guest laundry looked as tho someones pillow exploded. Needless to say, we found a laundromat in town.
