Economic clean, few frills.
Well located for motorway. Good carpark on site. Staff on reception very polite and helpful. Room clean and tidy if average in today's market. Bed very comfortable plus good sized en-suite.

Got into our room to find the sofa bed wasn't made up so had to go back to reception and wait for the staff to find us another room. This took a little while, and after many hours on the road admittedly my patience was a little thin. Our room was unfortunately in a much noisier part of the hotel. The room was clean, but the carpet was so thin and just not nice at all. It was fine for a cheap cheerful overnight stay.

The only downside was breakfast was very disappointing as all the pastries had gone and the fresh fruit was looking worse for wear. The bacon was excellent but overall expensive.

Excellent service.
Reception staff were great. We had a problem with the bathroom, with no maintenance staff on Sundays we were quickly given an alternative room. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel was very convenient for the purpose of our visit. The only complaint I have was the noise from the road which carried on through the night, so sleep quality wasn't great. One member of staff in particular was very helpful and very professional in her position as a receptionist. I'm sure she will go far.

The room was not clean dirty mattress something broken on the window carpets dirty. Would not recommend. You can tell the hotel had been used for refugees. It should have been decorated and re-carpeted fully before letting out to the public again. If I would have known this before booking I would not have booked it. Nothing like the pictures. Staff was polite
