Everything was good apart from my room. I stayed in a single room. It was too cold, and the bed was uncomfortable. It was not sound proof and I could hear people in the corridor very easily. I was impressed with the breakfast buffet. Customer service at reception was okay. Some communication issues with bag storage.

The reception staffs were nice and kind. The room I stayed was located on ground floor far-end next to a storage room. Not sure if that was the reason that bathroom smells even before I used the toilet. There was quite frequent noise in the morning as well but didn't bother me too much. However, it was a bit irritating when house keeping lady tried to get in at 11:53am, while check out time was 12 at noon. The person probably knocked but not clearly stated "house keeping", and it was within checkout time. I think it would be nicer if they could wait another 7 minutes to do so. Other than that, it was a great stay. Room was bright enough, bathtub was super comfy. It would be great if there is a kettle in the room.

Room was great except I had trouble lowering the temperature even when I thought I had programmed it for 2 degrees cooler. No face cloths!! Friendly staff. I received a room upgrade as a benefit via hotels.com but had to pay for it ( it was on my bill!!)

Within walking distance from the Central Station, Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam was so convenient. I lovely Hotel, really clean with lots of amenities, with a metro station literally within 50 yards of the hotel. The Maritime Museum is close by as well as the old harbour, the cubist houses and the food market. We really enjoyed our time in Rotterdam, and staying at this hotel made it for us. The staff could not do enough for us.
