Beautiful apartment. Definitely got its own vibe. Clean. As it says in listing if you do not have a French phone number don't rent. It would be difficult to get in.

The apartment is exactly as the photos.
Very well equipped and things like salt, pepper, sugar, oil etc and a selection of coffee and tea.
Quality furniture and accessories throughout.
I would stay there again.

Isolation phonique
Très bel appartement bien situé par rapport au centre historique, aux restaurants et commerces et parkings.
Original par sa conception, une loge de gardien et son sous-sol aménagé, l'appartement est décoré de façon originale, l'escalier de métal pour le sous-sol à la mode Eiffel s'accorde avec la verrière de la cour commune de l'immeuble.
Pour la salle de bain il manque une marche pour enjamber la baignoire surélevée et de quoi fixer la douche au mur. Un mitigeur plutôt que 2 robinets aurait été apprécié. Il faudrait sans doute également reserrer les montants métalliques du lit qui grincent à chaque mouvement.
Le gros point noir c'est l'isolation phonique: la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble est très grande et lourde et son groom mal réglé, ce dont ne tiennent pas compte les habitants qui laissent la porte claquer. Étant situé au niveau de la rue et sous la rue et les fenêtres semblant en simple vitrage, on profite toute la nuit de la circulation, du stationnement des véhicules et du passage de jeunes très bruyants même en semaine.
Sans tout cela nous aurions beaucoup aimé notre séjour.

Nettes Apartment, alles vorhanden. Schlüsselbox, Haustür öffnet per Telefon. Souplex heißt 2 Etagen, Wohn-Schlafraum im UG.
Die Lage direkt am Rand der Altstadt ist optimal. Die Innenstadt ist stark verkehrsberuhigt, deshalb am besten das Auto im Parkhaus place St Marc stehen lassen, ca. 150m zur Wohnung. Zufahrt über rue de la république, dort auch beschildert. Achtung: Google maps kennt sich mit der aktuellen Verkehrsführung nicht aus!

Très bon appartement avec un emplacement idéal
J'ai passé 12 jours dans l'appartement de Nicolas, ce séjour s'est très bien passé. L'appart est vraiment agréable et bien agencé. L'emplacement est vraiment superbe près du parking Saint Marc et en plein centre ville de Rouen
