Thank you very much for sharing your experience, it is very important for us and we take it seriously. We have also noticed the mud and alcohol serving problem and have started to fix them. For the shuttle service, we understand that the price may feel high. At the moment we don't have actual resort shuttles but guided arrival, departure and activity transfers to ensure comfortable and well timed transfers for our guests. There are 2 restaurants on site, as well as a coffee shop/cafΘ and a nearby snack bar/deli. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Free breakfast is available daily. WiFi is free in public spaces. A sauna, a terrace, and multilingual staff are also featured at the eco-certified Apukka Resort. An airport shuttle (available 24 hours) is available for a fee. Self parking is free. A complete renovation of Apukka Resort was completed in August 2022. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this 3.5-star Rovaniemi hotel.
