I wouldn’t return
Had to call the owner for allocation of the key as the website stated they would upload the downloadable information two days prior to check in. It’s wasn’t downloadable and no information received. Post code does not take you to the property. I didn’t appreciate being told that in the 35 years she’s been running the business she has never received any customer problems. Except mine. Well Sheila if there wasn’t a problem I wouldn’t call you. Location is off road . Signs aren’t very clear. There is no lighting towards the location, and a small sign on a tree that is barely visible. Lodge needs major work, and updating. Drastically. The shower was awful. There was barely any water coming out of the shower head. The temperature controls were stuck so it’s either all cold water or absolutely boiling.. The tap water was brown! All the equipment in kitchen needs binning and modernised. It’s not a cottage feel at all If that’s what you are trying to display. It’s like something out of the 60s! The wooden flooring is an accident waiting to happen. Both upstairs and downstate. Dirty cutlery. NO lighting on balcony. No internet connection for Netflix to work because that’s all that works on the tv. The furniture needs an upgrade. I’ve never known anyone to pay for electric and water separately!! Money had to left on coffee table! In cash! Cobwebs everywhere.. poor smell on arrival.. it’s just a mish mash of a lodge. I wouldn’t return and I wouldn’t recommend it!

WOW!!!!!Bohenie Pine Lodge
Am 50+,travelled a lot, but to come across such a beautiful location and an awesome Pine lodge is a very rare luck. A fairy tale location, whisper of the nearby running river, colourful forest, deers running by while you sit on the verandah with a glass of you favourite, just wait for the elves to show up 😀👍👌. Lots of hiking around, Ben Nevis and Loch Ness are at hand not to mention many other fantastic tourist attractions and historic landmarks ( and Scotland has a lot of them). Accomodation was faultless, all facilities you need ( washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, fridge etc) are there for you. Communication with the host - 5 stars. Would we come there again? - A big YES 👏 Thank you Sheila

Excellent!
We had a fantastic holiday at this lodge. The surroundings are just beautiful and it's so peaceful and quiet. You are spoilt for choice with walks in the surrounding area and also right from your door. Fort William is only a 20 minute drive from the lodge which is very handy for shopping etc. The lodge itself is lovely and is very comfortable and cosy. It is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Sheila is a fantastic host. She is very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. All in all a fantastic week. I would definitely recommend this lodge to anyone and hope to make a return visit in the future.

Fantastic setting
The lodge is about 2 miles along a single track road. On arrival, we couldn't believe we could be so lucky. The location was private, set deep into the hills and surrounded by trees. The interior was as described and suited our group perfectly. Not too far from fort William and other amenities. The kitchen had all the equipment one would need. All in all a wonderful 7 days was had by us all.

Pine Lodge
My family and myself were very pleased with our stay at the Pine Lodge Roybridge. The property and location suited our every need, beautiful scenery, peaceful, secluded but not to far way from local shops. We enjoyed some lovely walks with our 5 year old daughter Raya and 2 dogs Odin and Ollie who absolutely loved the place, we also had a couple of trips in to Fort William which is only 12 miles away. The property owner Sheila was an absolute joy to deal with and made us all feel very welcome. We will definately be returning in the future. The Massie Family.

Perfect base for highland exploration
Lovely small log cabin with all you need for a great holiday with beautiful Scottish countryside right on the doorstep. Feels remote, like you have all the great outdoors all to yourself (only sharing with 3 black highland coos and a small group of sheep), though the 3 houses of Bohenie is just round the bend. Fantastic views up the glen, lovely 'long' forest drive to cabin. Very conveniently placed for exploration of the highlands and the hundreds of possibilities for tours, walk, visits near and further away (Great selection of brocures for inspiration available in cabin). Many options for shopping in Fort William or smaller store in Spey Bridge. Cabin sleeps 6 comfortably. Living room space does not have enough room for both lounging and dining table simultaneously so mealtimes require the foldup table and chairs to be set up - but this is only a minor inconvenience. Sheila (hostess) is super quick to respond to any queries both before and during stay so we felt well prepared and well looked after. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking our own meals. Kids loved the fact there was wifi (when allowed😉). The cabin is cosy and well heated by electricity, which is paid separately upon depature. The only thing I can think of we missed a bit, was a log fire or outdoor firepit (there was an outdoor firepit by the other cabin). We found Bohenie Pine Lodge very good value and would both recommend it to others and love to returnouselves.
