Convenient location
The property was conveniently located and amenities were as described. The check-in process was easy are one huge complaint is that the property was not thoroughly cleaned. We had hair in our sheets, possibly dog hair and human hair and not just a couple - they were everywhere in our bed. There were stains on the pillowcases. The towels were not clean. There were no batteries in the remotes and every room was missing over half of the lightbulbs and the downstairs bathroom was completely out of lightbulbs. Other than those things we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.

No heat day one No bulbs No electricity in living room No electricity/ lighting in dinning room No heat in HOT tube No instructions (clean up check out ) No management ( they seemed very inconvenienced) Patio was a mess No propane Sinks clogged Save yourself a headache/ nightmare and find something else . My kids were very disappointed

Great Place
This house is absolutely gorgeous and the back view is amazing. View of the mountains and lots of wildlife around every day. The porch wraps all the way around and has closable gates which is fantastic for kids. The hot tub was an added bonus. The bedrooms are very spacious. The amenties such as pots pans, dinnerware, and towels were exceptional. The host contact was very friendly and helpful. We loved loved this place, but for us there was only two small cons. One small con is the living room and kitchen are very small. We had a family of four adults and two kids and not every one had a place to hangout in the living room. The kitchen could not fit more than one person in it at atime which makes making dinner together a no go. The other small con is with the house being on the corner, there is alot of traffic noise.

Great home, lackluster amenities
The home is beautiful and was great for our family. The location was just a few minutes from midtown. While the location is convenient, the road noise was definitely not my favorite given we were on a well traveled road and the master windows back up to it. The address we were given for the home is not the address posted on the outside of the home, but the directions ensured us we were at the correct home. The view out the back porch is spectacular. We loved the back porch area, however the fire pit was not functioning properly. After trying several different things, I was able to finally get it to work. It did run out of propane which was disappointing since we didn’t use it very much. The grill was broken (handle completely broken and igniter didn’t function) and there were food remnants (large chunks of onions) on it. There was also a marijuana roach on one of the broken grill pieces, so I am guessing the previous guest is responsible for the grill being broken. We couldn’t find any skillets in any of the cabinets or drawers. When we were getting ready to leave, I decided to check the oven. Inside, there were two skillets and two pans along with cooking utensils. They were all dirty, again likely from the previous guest. The refrigerator handle was completely missing from the door. Overall, the home was nice. But whoever prepped the home for our arrival did not do a good job.

Two bedrooms downstairs had full size beds. Very uncomfortable and hard. Living space was dark. Lights didnt all work. Unaware we couldn't use fireplace. Not a cabin for our group.

Great cabin!
Beautiful views of Sierra Blanca Mountains. Cabin very nicely furnished, comfy, and cozy. Great outdoor/deck space. Kitchen well equipped. Daily sightings of mule deer and/or elk. Convenient location. We stayed a week, and wish we could've stayed longer!
