Enjoyed our stay it was very quiet and peaceful with awesome views. Everything we need was available. We were disappointed the hot tub was broken when we were there one of the things we were looking forward to is relaxing in hot tub. Cold water was not working the morning of checkout so couldn’t take our shower. Overall highly recommend.

We had an issue with the front door, not locking. We went to the front desk twice. We stayed there for 4 nights it was still not fixed when we left on the fourth night. We were going to ask them to fix the drains in the tub because they were backed up. But we saw the results from when we asked them to fix our front lock which my opinion was really important. They didn’t do anything about that. So the odds of them fixing the clogged drain probably slim to none. I will say the property had a really nice view. A little dated but OK.

My wife and I stayed Friday thru Sunday and it was extremely nice. GREAT staff and they have something for the kids to do in the rec room (pool table,ping pong, games) and a warm pool to swim with grills right outside. We will definitely be back.

Condo was great and property was clean. Awesome views. Only complaint i have is the pool water was way to hot. Was very uncomfortable to swim in. Water was literally steaming hot in the pool.

La limpieza pésima ,tuve que salir a las 10:30 pm a comprar sábanas ,colchas a Walmart cuando fui acostar a los niños las camas llenas de pelo no cambian las sábanas ,ni las fundas ,las colchas igual dobladas y llenas de pelo del huéspedes anterior en mi opinión no vuelvo más a ese lugar

Condo was spacious for four and pictures are as advertised. Buy bottled water for your coffee. Taste of local water is not great. Condo could use some updating in the bathrooms, but nice otherwise.

Older Condo but overall Nice

The property was okay, it was a little old, there was an odd smell in the hallway, the bathroom seem tilted, the faucet would lose water pressure. Other than that, great property, quiet and close enough to Ruidosos main strip
