Lakefront kotiin Dardanelle-järvellä yksityisellä laiturilla. 1900 neliömetrin talo on lähellä I-40: tä ja Russellvillea, mutta erittäin yksityinen. Sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella ja puiden ympäröimä, yli 1 hehtaarin alueella. Täysin uusittu. 3 makuuhuonetta. Upeat näkymät järvelle. Uusi keittiö järvinäköalalla, graniittiset ja uudet laitteet. Rauhallisella laella, josta pääsee helposti pääjärvelle. Upea kalastus! 3 kajakkia, kalastusnavat, enemmän mukana. Vain muutaman minuutin päässä Russellvillestä. Nopea Wifi, palo kuoppaan, Weber-kaasugrilli.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Lake Dardanelle. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pelihallin/-huoneen. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille keittiön ja 2.5 kylpyhuonetta.

Perfect stay in Arkansas
We traveled with our young daughter and a grandparent and we were all blown away by the location and the house! The house itself is on a quiet street and is beautiful! We all loved it and enjoyed relaxing both inside and out. We had everything we could have needed and enjoyed all the extra touches to the house (such as shampoo) if you had forgotten something. We visited four state parks and traveled to Paris and Little Rock and found this location perfect for us. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We are already excited to return one day soon!

Great location and beautiful sunrises!
The house was very spacious with comfortable seating for a group. Huge selection of board games for evening entertainment. Was a perfect central location to visit some of Arkansas’ beautiful state parks. Kayaks and fishing dock were an extra bonus. Cookware options were limited so if you’re cooking for more than a couple, I would suggest to bring your own. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. The owners provided lots of staple items needed during the stay which is rare and very much appreciated. If we are ever back in that area, I would definitely book again!

Lovely & Cozy
Stayed for Christmas holidays and was very happy with our stay. The cabin was clean, well stocked, with good appliances, and everything was in working order. Beds were comfortable, sheets were soft. Warm soft throw blankets in living room, and they even took the time to decorate, which was really appreciated. Lovely lakeview through large windows. Saw many birds. Neighborhood was quiet. Had a peaceful relaxing holiday. Would recommend and stay there again.

Had a great stay, parking for 3 large vehicles was no problem. Had room for fishing boat too. The location is great for the state park. Pictures did not do the house justice. So nice! We will be back.

Family Time
Nice little place to get away for a few days. Close enough to downtown Russellville that we got to enjoy some great restaurants and local shops. The place was extremely clean, and the updates inside made it a nice fit for our family of six plus two dogs. We had a great time!

Awesome!!
We absolutely loved the lake house and will return in the future. Our age bracket in the basketball tournament was canceled so we were able to fish off the dock and enjoy the peaceful scenery. We own a rental in PCB and are very picky about cleanliness- this house was beyond our expectations!! 5 star all the way

Nice place
The property was very clean inside and we'll stocked with anything we could need, including games and reading material. The place is in the country on the lake so be prepared for critters and bugs outside. The kids loved it! The host was very responsive when I had a question. Absolutely we will try to stay here again if we are in the area.

Annual motorcycle trip
We were a group of six adults on our annual motorcycle trip. This house served all of our needs separate bedrooms the 2 1/2 baths were great. Location was beautiful with lake Dardenelle in the backyard. There was extra toilet paper and paper towels. There was laundry soap provided, and dryer sheets. Plenty of towels. Icemaker was awesome. The only thing keeping me from giving it a five star overall was just a few up keeps the drawer in the refrigerator was broken. The dishwasher soap latch didn’t release so we had some problems with the dishwasher. We had some problems with ants on the patio, but once we bought some spray, we were able to control them. The faucet in one of the bathrooms needs to be adjusted and the faucet in the kitchen. The only other odd thing for our group was we could never get cold water to come out of the faucet and that might be an Arkansas thing or something. We just we’re not familiar with that. And for those of you who like to have a drink in the evening. This is a dry county which we were not prepared for I believe the closest liquor store was about 20 miles up the road. Overall, beautiful home we would definitely rent again!!

We totally enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the lake and the atmosphere of the house. The house was very comfortable for us to invite family to stop by and have a cookout with some friends. The grandkids enjoyed kyaking on the lake. We definitely would love to come back.

Fish Camp
This was the 40th Year that our family has got together for our annual fish camp. We have stayed in AR, OK, MS, TN, TX & MO. The majority was with a VRBO rental. The rental this year was very nice. Well maintained and very well stocked. Plenty of room for everyone. Having the garage was an added bonus, especiall when it rained. There were however a couple of draw backs. Entry into the house and to move from room to room required going up and down steps which were a taller than most steps. We had a couple of seniors in the group so steps we a little difficuly to navigate. The garage was a bonus, but also a problem. When it rains the water tends to seep into the garage and while we were sitting in the garage one evening because it was raining a sump pump cam on and flooded about half of the garage. Had we know ahead of time of this issue we could of put the drain hose outside and the flooding would not have been so bad. I would go
