I loved that this hotel was probably closer to the park than any other hotel. And a lot of choice for food in the town rust.

Make sure to stop by at the hotel before going to Rulantica as they will give you a free parking voucher to exchange at the park. Obviously you don't have to pay the parking at Europa park either since you can leave your car at the hotel and walk 1 minute to get to the main entrance.

The property is clean, reception staff is very welcomming, very close to the Park and a general good impression. Points that could, should be improved is the shower cabin that is wayyyy too small. Why so small? And the other point is: at the breakfast, we are not allowed to pick our own food! even the drinking things (juices, coffee, milk), the result is a overloaded staff that don't come to attend and always in a bad mood. All in all the hotel is a nice place to stay

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights to visit Europa Park and the smaller park for kids called Funny World. The hotel rooms are a bit small but absolutely clean and the service was excellent and friendly. Its location to the park is unbeatable and there are also very nice restaurants in the area or neighboring towns.

Awesome Great Stay!!!
This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. Highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Europa Park. Hotel is right across the street from the entrance. Will continue to stay here when we visit. Can't wait till next time.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was fabulous! Everyone spoke English and vas very kind. Extremely close to Europa Park and the hotel provided a parking pass on day of check in so we saved money by not paying for parking at the park. Would definately stay again!

Great location next to Europa Park. Very helpful staff. Breakfast option very limited due to COVID. No restaurant except for a “street food fare” whose only option for hot food was pizza each night.

Great for europa park.
Excellent choice for europa park visitors. Walk across the street from the hotel and you are in the park entrance. The hotel also has an included breakfast which was adequate. I was a late evening arrival so when I arrived I did as instructed, entered a code into a box. Which produced me with a metal key attached to a wooden tag. Like something out of a Harry Potter movie. So the hotel doesn't have modern plastic room keys. Not a problem for me, just thought I'd mention it. Room was quiet and ac worked good. The one desk clerk I interacted with spoke English which was helpful. Overall it was a fine stay and I have no complaints.will stay again as I definitely want to visit europa park again someday.

Great location across from Europa Park, no WiFi
Checkin was easy, but the maid was cleaning the room when we went to go in it. We had to wait 20 minutes for her to be done. We booked the room months ago, but were given a room right next to the elevator and stairs so it was extremely noisy. The hotel advertises free WiFi, yet the entire hotel did not have any WiFi at all. When we brought it up to the clerk, she just said sorry, not sure what’s wrong. We would’ve booked another hotel had we known there was no WiFi since it was important to use for work. We were never offered a partial refund.
